Excellent packaging
Excellent packaging, grown Plumerias, 3-4 branches, healthy. My advice is to repot on arrival with extra drainage soil mix.

Misleading advertising
I ordered two plants from Max Best Plants, both advertised as 130 cm tall in a 20 cm pot. The order took a full month to arrive, and communication was almost non-existent — I actually had to call them myself just to get an update. When the plants finally showed up, both were in really poor condition, with a lot of the leaves already fallen off. Instead of 130 cm plants in 20 cm pots, I got two 60 cm plants in 20 cm pots. Same problem, on both plants. What upset me the most is that these plants clearly grew in 10 cm pots and were just repotted into bigger 20 cm pots RIGHT BEFORE shipping, to make them look like they matched what was advertised. It's misleading, plain and simple, and the fact that it happened on both plants tells me this isn't a one-off mistake, it's how they operate. I've sent several emails and never got a single reply from customer service. I'll be filing a claim with PayPal to get my money back. One more thing: don't be fooled by the older positive reviews on here. The original owner sold the business to a company called ORO VERDE, and the quality and service just aren't what they used to be. EDIT: They finally gave me a 50% discount on my order to compensate the size difference.

Les deux plantes avaient été extrêment…
Les deux plantes avaient été extrêment arrosées en plus du temps pluvieux au moment ou j'ai été livré, je leur ai demandé s'il y avait un risque de pourriture de racine par deux fois par email et une fois par chat. J'ai été complètement ignoré et je n'ai toujours pas recu de réponse à ce jour. J'ai détéré les deux plantes pour laisser le substrat sécher en abimant les racines en espérant que les plantes récupèrent vu qu'ils n'ont pas répondu pour ne pas risquer de les perdre. Vraiment déçus de cette expérience et du service client.

The plants were well packed and arrived all alive. Also the delivey was quick considering it had to come from the other end of Europe.
