Mazeebuild Company Scammed Me

I just got off the phone talking to a staff of Mazeebuild( Website Creating Co) venting my annoyance.Only to be apologising and told that theyll cancel the subscription! One that I never subscribed to website content nor any related thing in the first place .Like one review stated, this Mazeebuild are SCAM. I stupidly saw an offer claiming its from Boots ( the high street retailer) offering some basket of few little treats almost like a give away. a lady posted on her facebook that her mum( who used to work for Boots now an ex employee of Boots) and other staff get to win these giveaway treats using a link.she posted that link which then asks for card details to charge £3 for posting those goodies.£3 was taken. Never got any delivery up till now. Next thing i saw £45 taken from my HSBC card by a company named Mazeebuild..Kudos to HSBC they blocked. My card was also blocked see the inconvenience couldnt use it to make some important payments.I later got a Fraud Alert.If not, id have been scammed total of £48. No mention of refunding the £3. This company should face serious legal action and prosecuted under the FCA

Disgusting

Disgusting, I paid £3 postage for something that was free from the Boots store at the beginning of May and now I have had 2 payments of £45 each taken out of my account. I am about to set up a dispute with my bank on the basis this is fraud. Do not tell me to log into my account as I don’t have an account and the name Mazeebuild only appeared after these payments were taken out.

I stupidly thought getting something for free and just paying delivery was genuine ( if it's too good to be true ) like everyone else on here.. yes NOW I know it's a subscription site after they've took £45 from my account and won't refund ..nice to know they hide behind scams like this offering free stuff only then to be a subscription site it shouldn't happen it's disgusting behaviour only to get money out of people . I would never need their services but like free stuff like anyone else so why not refund people who didn't know what they were getting into 🤔😔

Je viens de me rendre compte que depuis le mois de décembre, je suis débité sur mon compte de 69 euros par mois, alors que je ne vous connais même pas et que je n'ai jamais rien souscrit chez vous. Je vous demande donc de procéder au remboursement de ces sommes avant que je ne porte plaine pour arnaque.
