I had an appalling experience with this…
I had an appalling experience with this company. I used MBE Worcester to send an artwork to the USA. It was poorly packed and arrived damaged. They refused to pay the insurance then the franchise went into liquidation. I lost thousands. Head office were of no help and refused to get involved. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

I specifically said i wanted signed…
I specifically said i wanted signed for on delivery and paid £114 to deliver a package. It was delivered and just droped in the open lobby of the building where it was opened to see what was inside. DO NOT USE THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.

I live in Queensland Australia and recently purchased several auction lots, the auctioneer recommended MBE Wilmslow, and boy, am i glad they did, really easy to correspond, friendly service fast delivery and best of all the packaging was amazing. I never found out who packed it but it was a great job. I cant recommend this company enough- great job guys, will use you again. Regards Geoff

I have had a great experience dealing with Gareth, who is a call-handler based at Mailboxes Etc. UK Head Office. I am a long-standing mailbox renter via a physical Mailbox branch in Greater Manchester and I had a query about the payment renewal process and Gareth was excellent in sorting this out for me and retaining my custom. Thankfully Gareth exemplifies everything that is reassuring and thoroughly reliable about in-person customer service and he is a first-class representative of the Company. Thank you Gareth.
