Check your orders before you leave the McDonald’s property and make is completed
I want to McDonald’s this morning and I ordered a regular coffee unfortunately the coffee was very strong. They also get me a bag with two oatmeal plus another stuff I ordered The bag was very small and was ripped from bottom because they put a lot of stuff in the small bag, the oatmeal was cold it happens very often. I feel like that McDonald’s employees they need to be training better and be more responsible and treat the guest with respect because they are not very friendly.

On 8/28/26 went to get 2 Egg McMuffins. My change was to be .54. The only gave me .50 and said they don't do pennies so they kept the.04. After so many people they do this to they are many money scamming people out of their change. Filed a complaint to the Federal Trade Commission. They make enough money without ripping people off.

Order number: CQNC-W736-VKPR Register: 61 Date: 27 August 2026 Time: 12:50:14 Store: 0431 VAT number: 450445707 The order was delivered, but the medium vanilla milkshake was not included in the package. I paid £3.69 for the milkshake and am requesting a full refund of £3.69 to the original payment method. I attempted to make a formal complaint through the original order section of the McDonald’s app. However, the app repeatedly froze and would not allow me to complete or submit the complaint. I also tried to download a picture of the receipt, but an error kept appearing. Consequently, my complaint could not be submitted. I did not initially contact Uber Eats because the order was placed through the McDonald’s app. However, when I tried to report the problem through the McDonald’s website, I was directed to Uber Eats because Uber Eats completed the delivery. I have now also attempted to make a formal complaint through the Uber Eats website. However, its complaint system does not allow me to proceed or submit the complaint. The process simply does not move forward. The system appears to be faulty, and this is unacceptable. Customers must be provided with a functioning and accessible method of reporting missing items and requesting refunds. The repeated technical problems have made it unnecessarily difficult to report a straightforward missing item. This has left me feeling as though the complaint process is deliberately preventing me from reporting the matter and having it resolved. I paid for the milkshake, but it was not delivered. This was particularly upsetting because it had been ordered for my child, who was very disappointed and distressed when it did not arrive. I have kept the receipt, and it is available upon request as proof of purchase. If you provide me with the correct email address, I can send a photograph of the receipt by email. Please treat this as a formal complaint, refund £3.69 to my original payment method, and confirm in writing when the refund has been processed. If this matter is not resolved, I will consider pursuing it through the appropriate consumer complaint channels.
