Arete One repaired under warranty
The panel failed on my Arete One and I had to send it back for repair under warranty. It took a bit of chasing at first but they came through in the end, getting my dehumidifier back to me (in working order) within a couple of weeks. Good choice of couriers too, DPD and DX, who were reliable. By the way, it's best to retain the original packaging someone in case of repair.

Great product when it works, but customer mer service let me down.
I've had my MeacoDry Arete One 18L for about three years and it's been a solid dehumidifier — when it works. Recently, the power button stopped responding (the unit would beep and show a faint light, but nothing else). The Good: · Once I finally got through, the warranty repair was approved and carried out free of charge. · The repair itself was quick - they replaced the display PCB, temperature sensors, and return air sensor. · The unit now works perfectly again. The Not-So-Good: · Getting a response from Meaco customer service was painfully slow. I waited weeks for replies to emails. · I was told a packaging box would be sent to me for collection - it never arrived. I had to find my own box to avoid missing the collection date. · Ironically, the box they promised finally turned up after my repaired unit had already been delivered back to me. Final Verdict: The product is good, and the warranty repair was honoured, but the customer service process was frustrating and disjointed. If Meaco improves their communication and follow-through, they'd be a much stronger brand. Would I buy again? Possibly, but I'd think twice and compare other options first.

Ordered a 10" Sefte fan
Ordered a 10" Sefte fan. Overall, pleased with the product and would be happy to order another product from Meaco again. I did have a minor issue with the battery tray for the remote control not fitting correctly after changing the cell battery, but this has now been resolved by the customer service team.

Asthma patient
I have Severe Asthma and the high humidity levels we're experiencing this summer have made my Asthma go our of control, I was advised to buy a dehumidifier, I bought one but it didn't reduce the humidity levels, so I returned it and got a refund. I bought the Meaco Arete One and it is absolutely amazing, I set the levels to 40% which is the correct level for Asthmatics, I can honestly say that within a short time of turning the machine on the humidity levels in my lounge came down front 70% humidity to 40% what a relief for me, I can actually breathe normal again, I would definitely recommend this for any Asthmatics. Thank You Meaco 🙂

Meaco cirro 14000 Btu
Meaco cirro 14000 Btu, got to give it to them on this, best portable ac out there by far, I did see some YouTube videos that were saying it’s not quite, well no ac is silent, it can’t be done, but what they have done is make it very quiet, no louder than an average fan on level two, people who think it’s loud need to try some other portable ac units, I have, cirro the best by long shot
