Srebrenica Tour
Myself, my husband and boys did the Srebrenica day tour with Almir. From start to finish I can honestly say it’s the best tour we have ever done. The whole day was a huge eye opener about the tragic events that unfolded just 30 years ago. Almir was extremely knowledgeable on everything and was detailed in his information about the history and impact of this devastating chapter in Bosnia’s History. I kept thinking to myself that if I had been Bosnian, this could have been the fate of me and my family. The brutality of this war on the Bosnians is unimaginable. The day was well organized and full of things that you won’t be able to learn elsewhere. Almir was able to direct us on further study of events by recommending good books and other sources later on to enhance our understanding. This is a must do tour for everyone who visits Bosnia. The landscape is beautiful but also the resilience of these people is truly inspiring when you understand the horrific events they went through. Thank you so much Almir.

A walk through a city as impressive as Sarajevo is an unforgettable adventure in itself. Taking part in a explanatory guided tour like the one offered by Meet Bosnia is the icing on the cake. In just two hours, you’ll journey through the centuries and the history of Sarajevo; gaining insightful information and hearing fascinating stories, whilst also having the chance to ask any questions you may have. I can highly recommend this tour. And perhaps you’ll be just as lucky as we were and have Edin as your guide.

I really enjoyed the 2-hour tour of downtown Sarajevo. The guide was fantastic and gave us a deep dive into the history of the city and the country. I highly recommend it!
