Late delivery. Coming apart at the seam.
The 3 items I ordered did not get delivered on the promised date. The colors are not as vibrant as the pictures show. The pillows are not even 2 months old and one of them has already come apart at the seam. Very disappointing.

DONT BUY RIP OFF
Wouldnt even give them one star ordered 6 letter pillows on 23rd of November hoping they would come before Xmas which two arrived on 24th December 2 arrived in January which they said all was delivered I only received 2. Then I asked for refund they said they don’t do refund and they will send out another order but I have to pay for shipping I said hell no I am not paying for shipping I will leave a bad review they then said they will send it for free I have received the last two today but they have come the wrong size and I have received a mini pillow that I spend £33 . Absolutely diabolical this place the pillows also fall apart my daughter had hers a week and the seems starting ripping and she didn’t even use it it was more for display. Never ever buy from here and absolute rip off 😡😡

Misleading site. Disappointing product.
The product I thought I ordered was very different from the product I received. The photo image showed a large "pillow" what I got was a tiny thing I could hold in one hand. My order confirmation clearly shows an image of a larger product, do this is misleading. The quality was disappointing and I waiting for ages for it to arrive.

The website creates a luxury feel…
The website creates a luxury feel however, the item I was most excited about gifting my daughter for her birthday was far from luxury. The pictures showed a plush blanket with incredible detail and depth, the item when received however was far from luxury, the detail wasn't clear and the blanket itself was not fully green, it was white with a green print that looked shabby and as though it was an old, worn blanket. I did purchase two other items, a hairbrush and a cushion which were both good quality and as soon on the photos.

Avoid!!! Terrible company and products!!
Still waiting on a refund for the shoddy cushion they sent me. The cushion itself was a terrible print, on cheap material and nothing like the picture in their advertisement. Over 60 emails have been sent trying to get a refund. They ask you for your email address so they can PayPal the refund but don't send it. They use all the excuses they can think off not to refund you.. the latest being it's Chinese new year.. they say they will send nit straight away but then ask you to wait. They say they thank you for being patient and your understanding but then are not willing to send the refund. Avoid this company. Their products are cheap and their customer service is absolutely shocking. They obviously don't intend to send refund back at all. Cheap nasty company!!
