Zero credibility - They locked my account and $2,781!
Neteller permanently closed my account (ID: 361980086) with $2,781 inside. The system message explicitly instructed me to withdraw my remaining funds, but ALL withdrawal methods are disabled. My bank withdrawal attempts were instantly rejected by Neteller's own system (Transaction IDs: 7096090940 & 7096405396). I opened multiple complaints (Tickets: #33946477, #33946523, #33946524) and asked them to manually transfer the funds to another Neteller account, but there is no action. They tell you to withdraw your money, then block every possible way to do it. A terrible experience completely lacking credibility and trust.

They don't solve scam problems
Tem scamers dentro da app a aplicar scams, e o site nao ajuda a solucionar os problemas, o suporte deles fecha tickets sem tentar resolver o mesmo, o que dá noção que eles ajudam os mesmos

SCAMERS!!!!
SCAMERS!!!! Do not put your money on NETELLER I deposited 500€ and they restricted my account I didn’t get answer on mail, no customer support only chatbot that is useless I message them, open cases and nothing hear from them SHAME ON YOU

The account has been frozen since the 5 of september.. Just after i deposit the 500 pund ( 5000 Danish krones ) . I have tried to contact Them many times and first they said 24 and then 48 and then 72 hours or it automaicly will ve open. But as you see they have not removed any restrections from the account But yes it is paysafe that his behind neteller so they are under fca. So what should i do now. I have sent Them a mail and the 5 if september they send a mail with maximum 72 hours ti automaticly re activated. But nothing has happened as I have not recieved any response from then since that mail.. I will sent all My mails i have sent My account And the call informations The last mail i Got from Them the 6 th of september Wien they promised the account would be reactivared the 6 of september All the cases they just open and closes without Any respond. My dashboard has said the same since the 5 of september So yes since the 5 of september they made the restrictions i have heard anything from Them. Only the mail the 6 when they said 72 hours. And that would have been the 8 of september It has been frozen since 5 september 2024. And last mail i got was the 6 that it would be open after 72 hours. So the 7 of september Np they have not asked for anything documents, they ignore all My mails and cases. No they have not given me a reason. Last respons was that it would be open autpmaticly after 72 hours. The mail i recieved the 6 of september. My profile is verified
