I bought a Transcend body camera

I bought a Transcend body camera. Never came with the charging cable. Spoke to Transcend UK at length and was told. That they have sent numerous emails to Memory C and they DO NOT REPLY. So now I have to go and puy a £35 charging cable, that should have come with the body camera. Totally foo king usless company. Memory C answer your calls and emails you waste of space.

Hello Gerard. thanks for your review. We checked our emails etc and could find no record of this issue being raised either by yourself or Transcend with us. We talk to Transcend directly every day and this issue was never came up. We advised them of your review and issue and asked if they had any information and they replied with the following. "The customer initially contacted us to report that a camera purchased from you did not include a cable. In cases like this, our standard approach is to direct customers back to their place of purchase, as this is often the quickest way to resolve the issue. The customer later informed us that this was not an option, as the item had been purchased in February. Following this, we contacted our head office in Taiwan as well as our EU warehouse to check whether we could supply a replacement cable. Unfortunately, we do not hold spare USB cables that can be sent out separately to customers. As an alternative solution, we offered the customer a full replacement unit, which would include a new camera with the required USB cable in the box. However, it appears that the customer did not wish to proceed with this option" At no time did Transcend pass this issue onto us or contact us about it in anyway. If you had contacted us directly we would have been happy to address the issue for you and either send a cable or replace the entire unit. We would then have taken it up with Transcend directly so you would not have to. We are sorry you experienced this issue, but please consider posting an accurate report of the issue instead of resorting to calling us a "foo king useless company" and a "waste of space" when we had no input into the issue whatsoever, but had we, we would have been happy to resolve it. Thank you

Great Product and Helpful Service!

I ordered an Asrock motherboard and it got here and works perfectly! Also, when I needed help to change the shipping details after I ordered it, the customer service people responded within 15 minutes and helped me take care of the issue. Only thing was shipping took about 2 weeks but as long as it got here and works, I'm happy.

Excellent Customer Service

I have nothing but good words for the Irish branch of MemoryC. Evelina helped us with an issue we were having with our capture card and had it replaced immediately when we reported the issue. Will definitely recommend and shop here again. Customer service excellent.

I have to give 1 star, I bought RAM here, 2 sets 2x8GB, when I plugged them into motherboard, my PC was constantly freezing but I didn't know what was the issue. I gave 100 euro to get it fixed just to realize it was RAM problem. I sent RAM back to them and they said its not the right module and that I should send them the right module...I unfortunately couldn't find it anywhere and now not only my RAM 2x8gb is with them for couple of months now and they won't get it fixed but I gave 100 euro for my PC to get "repaired" but at the end nothing was wrong with him but there was RAM issue, they sold me faulty one. All together 300ish euro ripped. Thank you

Additional payments for local shipping

Be aware when you buy something with the international shipping. What you pay on their website only covers international shipping costs (to your country), but not the local shipping costs, which can be even bigger than the international ones. I bought GPU and paid 42$ for shipping with DHL (but the package was sent with UPS), and then had to pay 48$ more just to bring it to my home. None of this is clearly stated on the memoryC website when you buy a product and do the check out process.
