I’ve made 2 purchases with Mengotti Couture since July. Both orders have gone smoothly. The orders arrived well packaged and secured. They offered great prices even with shipping to the USA it made sense to purchase from them. I’ve purchased Amouage bottle that are hard to find Imitation Man, Silver Man, Fate man. Limited Edition UAE D&G Velvet Zaefferano, 3 different Bvlgari fragrances, Oman Luxury Hommage 1774, Zafar, Wanderlust, Khanjar, Caden. Even with the time difference their customer service is great I’ve contacted them through email and through telephone on WhatsApp. I will continue to do business with them because they offers great fragrances and very competitive prices.

THEY ARE JUST SCAM. SAVE YOUR MONEY
My experience with this company has been deeply disappointing, and I would strongly caution anyone against spending money with them without carrying out extensive due diligence first. I purchased their services/products last year, and the experience left me seriously concerned about the authenticity of the products I received. In particular, I have substantial evidence supporting my concerns regarding the authenticity of perfumes, including Omanluxury Oud Aquilaria Eau de Parfum and Bvlgari Le Gemme Gyan Eau de Parfum 125ML. What concerns me even more is what happened after I raised these issues. Rather than providing a satisfactory resolution and addressing the authenticity concerns transparently, I was pressured to remove my negative review. Although I eventually received a refund, that does not erase the considerable amount of time, effort, and frustration I had already lost. In my view, a refund should not be treated as a substitute for accountability when a customer has raised serious concerns about product authenticity. I strongly recommend that potential customers carefully investigate the products, verify their authenticity independently, and read the negative reviews before making any purchase. Based on my own experience and the evidence I have retained, I have serious concerns about the legitimacy and authenticity of the products I received. I believe these matters deserve proper scrutiny and, where appropriate, investigation by the relevant authorities.My advice is simple: do your research, verify everything, and think very carefully before giving this company your money.
