I’m very happy that the bike has arrived and was received in perfect condition. The assembly was actually quite easy and straightforward — I have to admit that the biggest challenge was the unboxing and unpacking! 😅 I’ve already completed my first workout successfully, and I can honestly say that the S36 has exceeded my expectations. I’m extremely pleased with the bike and with my choice. However, there is one thing from the whole experience that I would especially like to highlight: the outstanding support you provided throughout the process. Your communication, reassurance, and willingness to keep following the shipment made it much easier for me to remain calm and patient, even when the tracking situation was uncertain. This is what customer care should be: not simply answering questions, but making the customer feel that someone is genuinely taking care of the situation. You certainly did that, and it made a real difference to my overall experience with Merach.

I accidentally ordered the wrong…
I accidentally ordered the wrong machine at first. The same day I ordered the correct one but because it was the weekend, my original order couldn't be canceled. It took about a week to get a refund email but they made it right. I love my machine and have been using it daily. Only suggestion i had was to make an option to be able to cancel an order if done the same day.

Impressed on many counts
We were really impressed with both the Merach rowing machine and, particularly, the customer service we received. The rower itself is absolutely beautiful — stylish, sleek and very well made. It feels like a really quality piece of equipment and looks far nicer than many of the other rowing machines we looked . Unfortunately, because of a change in our circumstances, we realised that we weren’t going to be able to use it after all. I contacted Merach expecting that it might be difficult to resolve, but they could not have been more helpful or understanding. They offered us some very generous options and went out of their way to find a solution that worked for us. It was genuinely refreshing to experience such excellent customer service. They were kind, responsive and extremely fair throughout, and really did go above and beyond. We would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Merach. A fantastic-looking, high-quality product and a company that clearly cares about its customers. Five stars from us! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Heel fijn bedrijf.
Heel fijn bedrijf. Ik heb een fitness apparaat besteld bij ze. Er ging alleen iets met bezorgen mis. Waardoor het pakket weer terug ging naar het bedrijf. Ik zat toen op mijn vakantie adres. Ik heb na mijn vakantie met dit bedrijf en de vervoerder contact opgenomen en toen is alles netjes en heel snel opgelost. En heb ik als nog mijn pakket gekregen. Ik heb hem nu in elkaar gezet. En heb er al gelijk veel plezier van! Dank jullie wel! Voor de super nette service! En dat jullie mijn dag goed hebben gemaakt!

Great customer service
I purchased the T12 treadmill. I love it! It’s super sturdy, quiet and easy to use. I was surprised how quickly it came after ordering. Piece of cake putting together. It does fold up and can be moved on built in wheels, but it’s not super compact when folded. There has a cover piece that had a crack and customer service was so great. I sent a couple pictures and they had a replacement part to me in a week-thanks Julia! Don’t hesitate ordering!
