I am writing this review to warn other traders about my recent experience with MEX Atlantic Corporation. The broker unilaterally wiped out my trading balance and blocked my pending withdrawal without providing any valid proof or technical explanation. What Happened: On August 24, 2026, MEX Atlantic executed a forced balance deduction on my account (Account No: 978861) under ticket #460754277, stripping away USD 1,551.88 from my account. The internal comment left by the broker was simply "ADJ-Unauthorized Trades #311485". When I requested a withdrawal, my application was frozen in a perpetual state of "Your application is under review" inside the client portal, effectively seizing my legitimate funds. Shortly after, they issued a generic account termination notice citing broad clauses (Clause 15.1/15.2) without providing any MetaTrader server execution logs or trade reconciliation reports to back up their vague allegations. Verifiable Evidence On Record: MT5 Ticket #460754277: Forced deduction of -$1,551.88 USD dated 24.08.2026. Portal Status: Withdrawal request blocked under "Under Review" status without resolution. Formal Complaints Filed: Official regulatory complaint submitted to financial enforcement authorities (CIMA / FSA). Conclusion: I strongly advise prospective clients to be extremely cautious. Confiscating client profits under broad, unsubstantiated clauses is unacceptable. It has been difficult for me to get my withdrawal for the past five days now. This firm is unreliable and they are just after your money. I regret giving them a chance because I have lost my funds to them. I am thankful for ~Agricmines~ they were fast and genuine in their service and steadily pays their customers.

Problemas con Retiros o Cierres de Cuentas Soy IB de Multibank Group y mi experiencia ha sido lamentable, tengo varios clientes que han querido hacer retiros y no ha sido posible, desde finales del año pasado he intentado hacer retiros que no tienen respuesta, antes me respondian de la oficina de Monterrey pero en fechas recientes me informaron que las oficinas en Monterrey fueron dadas de baja, nadie se ha comunicado para informar quien será mi nuevo Gestor de Cuenta ni quien tomará en sus manos los temas relacionados con mis retiros pendientes, esto me ha ocasionado problemas graves con mis clientes y por parte de Multibank Group no he tenido ni el seguimiento, ni las respuestas pertinentes. Les recomiendo que si son Traders no abran cuentas con esta empresa, sino quieren perder sus fondos. Adicionalmente envié un último correo que al momento no ha sido respondido (adjunto imagen), ante la negativa me veo obligado a proceder con las reguladoras internacionales, así como, ha levantar una queja formal en la pagadora que utilizan (Pagsmile).
