Extremely confusing and unacceptable…
Extremely confusing Risk Control process – four different representatives handling the same case I am extremely frustrated with the way MEXC Risk Control has handled my case. My case has been handled through the same ticket, but I have received responses from four different MEXC representatives: Tal, Carolina, Isaac and Melissa. Isaac has responded several times, while the others have each responded at least once. The problem is not simply that different people are replying. The problem is that, as a customer, I have no confidence that there is one person actually responsible for following the case from beginning to end and maintaining a clear understanding of everything that has already been requested and submitted. For example, Isaac requested a continuous screen-recording video. I followed the instructions, compressed the original recording because of the file-size limitation, and submitted the complete recording together with the other requested documents. After that, I received another response from Melissa with additional instructions. This made me question whether the previous communication and the documents I had already submitted had actually been properly reviewed by the person now handling my case. This is extremely frustrating. I have already spent a considerable amount of time cooperating with MEXC and providing the evidence requested by their Risk Control team. I should not have to wonder whether each new representative has read and understood the complete history of the case. I have therefore explicitly requested that one dedicated representative, preferably Isaac since he has already been involved in my case several times, take responsibility for the investigation and handle it consistently from this point forward. This would be much more efficient for everyone. One person who knows the history of the case can review the evidence, communicate with the Risk Control team internally, and tell me clearly if anything else is actually required. I am fully willing to cooperate with legitimate verification requirements. But the communication and case management need to be much more organized. At the moment, the Risk Control process feels unnecessarily confusing and frustrating, and I sincerely hope MEXC can resolve this by assigning one responsible representative to my case.

Unresolved P2P Scam - Requesting Management Assistance (Ticket #F2026082719241)
I am extremely disappointed with MEXC P2P service. I fell victim to a proven P2P fraud where the buyer submitted a forged payment receipt. Even though I submitted clear video proof of the fraud, and MEXC support confirmed freezing the scammer's account under Ticket #F2026082719241, the platform refuses to offer any dispute resolution or funds recovery assistance to victimized users. A responsible platform should protect its honest traders from clear fake-receipt scams on its own P2P marketplace. I am writing this review to warn all traders about P2P security risks on MEXC and to request senior management to step in and assist in recovering my lost funds.

MEXC Charts freeze/ buy & sell, change pairs, don't respond/
Charts freeze, selling or buying freezes. Unable to select 'last' price. Unable to select market close. Price of coin alternates between regular displayed price and '5.518e-7' for example. Can't change trading pairs on first attempt EVERY TIME. A number of 'selectable' items on the page take ages to select. Choosing between 'isolated' and 'cross' or even changing the leverage no longer functions. I have a rather new pc, 1TB of internet so my pc is good. AVOID THIS PLATFORM.
