Very disappointed with my experience…
Very disappointed with my experience with Mighty Jaxx. I placed my order in March 2026, and as of now, I still haven't received it. Their customer service is extremely difficult to reach, and when I do get a response, they can't provide any estimated date for when my order will even be processed or shipped. What's even more frustrating is that if you decide to cancel your order because of these excessive delays, they charge a cancellation penalty, even though the delay is entirely on their end. Customers shouldn't be penalized for a company's inability to fulfill orders within a reasonable timeframe. I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, transparency, and accountability has made this a very disappointing experience. I hope they improve their customer service and order fulfillment process because, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

Delusione totale, scarsa qualità e oggetti danneggiati One Piece Hidden Dissectibles
Scrivo questa recensione per esprimere la mia profonda frustrazione riguardo all'acquisto di queste blind box. In Italia, questi prodotti hanno un costo tra i 15€ e i 20€, e trovare oggetti difettosi o danneggiati al momento dell'apertura rovina completamente l'esperienza dell'unboxing e trasforma l'acquisto in uno spreco di denaro. Purtroppo, questo è già il quinto personaggio che trovo rotto e con evidenti difetti di produzione, il che è assolutamente inaccettabile. Ho contattato l'assistenza Mighty Jaxx e, sebbene l'operatore sia stato cortese e tempestivo, la situazione è rimasta di fatto irrisolta, l'azienda non risponde direttamente per gli acquisti effettuati in Italia, ma allo stesso tempo i rivenditori locali non offrono assistenza. Inoltre, desidero precisare che la causa principale delle rotture sembra essere provocata direttamente alla produzione. Analizzando il packaging interno, è evidente come alcuni personaggi siano stati inseriti bruscamente nelle scatole, causandone il danneggiamento prima ancora che il cliente le acquisti. Mi auguro che l'azienda prenda provvedimenti seri sul controllo qualità e sulla gestione delle garanzie internazionali. Mi dispiace ma non acquisterò più un prodotto Mighty Jaxx.

Was I almost robbed??
What a frustrating company, seriously.. I purchased the Wano Arc tray over one year ago (Oct 2024). I understand that preorders take time to fulfill, I am patient for things I am passionate about. Anyways, a few months after I purchased passed, so I reached out. Customer service told me it is taking longer due to some issues etc, I understood because I was told I will receive my order. Some time passed so I reached out again, and again, and again. Same thing was told multiple times. I checked their website to see the tray was still up for preorder, so I was hopeful. After reaching out again, today, I am told that I will not receive it and that I can get store credit or a swap…. Like WHAT? What would’ve happened if I hadn’t reached out?? Would you have just stayed with my $89.94 and me with nothing?? Not once did Freeny’s reach out to let me know what was going on with my order. Now the item is sold out AND resellers on eBay are charging $57 for a legit box, just one.. I requested a refund, but after reading some reviews, and not realizing refunds are not available for preorders, I feel like I was robbed. I just want my money back so I can go elsewhere to purchase what I actually wanted.. so frustrating. I will be reaching out to the bbb. I can’t stop thinking about how I would’ve lost that money if I hadn’t reached t reached out. Like what?! (Date of experience does not match, since my purchase was in 2024, my first email was in 2024, so I used the date of the email I sent in March)

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I’ve received. For a company of this size, I expected much better communication and support. At first, your team seemed helpful, but once I reported a defective product, the communication stopped. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and have not received a proper response. Receiving automated AI replies instead of real assistance is not acceptable when dealing with a product defect. I have ordered many items from you in the past because I believed in your brand as a collectors company. However, the way this issue has been handled makes me question that trust. When loyal customers experience problems, they expect accountability not silence. Ignoring defect claims and failing to communicate properly is disappointing and unprofessional. I sincerely hope you address this issue and improve your customer support, because this experience has left me very dissatisfied. Is too risky to buy from them because of their no refund policy so don't ORDER!!!

Horrendous experience
Horrendous experience. Ordered Gaia Dec 2024 and kept an eye on the website as there were delay issues. There now are no product updates for Gaia and the last email I received 6 months ago they told me she was in the UK and being checked over. No updates since. So where is she? You happily took my money but provide no customer service. Will never order again.
