Awful dress - not as shown!
My mum bought a dress from yourselves and to say I am disgusted is an understatement. This is a lady who in good faith also gave you a good review after you communicating issues. However the quality of the dress sent is awful - completely different colour even though your email says slightly different it couldn’t be further from the truth. She is a hardworking woman who has spent her money to buy herself something nice and you’ve offered her £4 when the item you’ve sent is awful you wouldn’t even use it as fancy dress. I am appalled.

Das Rückgabeportal war einfach zu bedienen und die Erstattung kam nach etwa fünf Tagen. Nur das Retourenlabel hätte etwas schneller per Mail kommen können.

My mistake & NOT Mila Moda.
I’m so sorry, but on checking back on my emails, I’ve found that Mila Moda DID contact me 2 weeks after I placed the order to say that they didn’t have the exact colour I wanted. They gave me an option of having the SIMILAR colour that they did have in stock or a credit note. Today I opted for the first suggestion.

Everything looked great went ahead and ordered a lovely outfit for grandaughters wedding after reading full refund within 30 days. Had spoken with a representative through texting on concerns I had and she was lovely. Outfit came, wrong size and pants that were sheer but.no ware had that been stated! Now they are offering me 10. Dollars and keep to donate or a 50% coupon to shop again or I can have the hassle and expense of sending back to China as they won’t look after return. Very disappointed and will not do business with them again. I should add that it was their mistake in sending wrong size so I absolutely feel they should have return shipping at no cost to me!

The signature collection has some beautiful designs. My wedges are comfortable for walking around all day. Just wish the website had more detailed sizing info before ordering.
