Don’t order from them unless you want frustration and charges for nothing.
I wish less than 1 star was possible. I placed 3 separate orders to be delivered to 3 separate addresses. I printed out the order confirmations. The next day I went online to see if shipped and only 1 order was there. I then checked my credit card. All three charges were on my credit card. I called customer service. They denied I had placed 3 orders or that they had been charged to the card. She refused to let me speak with a supervisor but did give me an email address to forward all the proof too. A half an hour later, I got an email saying the one order they admit to having was cancelled. It was not refunded to my credit card. I’v never heard back from them since emailing the information. I do get daily add emails. I will have to go through the credit card to dispute almost $450 in total.

While I understand that companies want to Outsource jobs to save money- 2 years ago my niece tried to order some small items- she stated the customer service rep- his accent was so heavy she could not understand him and the rep ordered WRONG ITEMS. SHE CLOSED HER CREDIT CARD AND THREW AWAY THE ITEMS. I JUST CALLED AND ONCE AGIN THE YOUNG NAN HAD SUCH A THICK ACCENT THAT I PASSED. MILES KIMBALL HAS LOST CUSTOMERS BECAUSE OF ISSUES LIKE THIS. EVERYONE WANTS A JOB BUT IF ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS MONEY- I WILL SHARE TODAY'S EXPERIENCE AND YOU WILL LOSE MORE BUSINESS

Placed one order with them with now issues. My next credit card statement had 2 charges for rewards membership. I had no idea what it was. Google search afterwards showed this was common practice with them. Avoid

Signed me up for a "vip membership" for a one time gift purchase and they've been charging me 20/mo. I just caught it and you get nothing for it! I feel scammed. They got a second porch goose worth of money from me for nothing.
