Mili MiTag are useless, you should not trust them
Mili MiTag Smart Finder are absolutely useless. Yes, they pair and work for a few weeks, but then they go offline with no advice and won't reconnect until you (realize they're not working and) go through the process of unpairing them and then repairing all again. But then also the battery life is ridiculously short (like a few months) and then again, they turn off without any warning and you just find out whenever you go and check them. So, you need to know there is a huge chance they'll be offline whenever you need them.

Untrustworthy theives
Bought a mili duo direct from their website, the tracking on the delivery states it was delivered on 16th January. I never received the tracker. I tried contacting mili through the website twice with zero response. Don't buy from this company, they will steal your money and not respond to any emails.

Total Preiswert und meist funktionieren sie auch. Nachdem einige einfach nicht mehr auffindbar waren, hab ich mich an den Kundensupport gewandt und problemlos 4 neue erstattet bekommen. Zufrieden

Positive Update on Customer Service Problem
On Jan 9, 2025, I submitted a review regarding this company's MiLock product and my disappointment with their Customer Service in an attempt to receive assistance with using the product. Since writing the review, I have had a good experience with their Customer Service department with them providing assistance and the offer of a full refund. Although frustrated that I have not able to operate the product, I am happy to report they fully refunded my purchase. I thank them for the successful resolution of the problem.
