Worst company - would give minus stars if possible.
This company are fraudsters and scammers..... I would recommend anyone who has purchased anything from this company to report them to the television programme WATCHDOG and also report them to Trading Standards as well as write to the SUN Newspaper.... they are nasty people and liars.... they don't have the filters yet when you say you can get them elsewhere they threaten you with voiding your warranty by saying it's made for the units specifications which is a lie, its just a filter there are no electronics in the filter other companies openly admit they are the same but the liars at Milky Plant say different..... this company honestly needs to be investigated for what they do, they even did their best to get reviews removed as their service is so bad..... they should be giving out filters for free considering how badly they treat people.... to be a help to others you can buy the ACF filter from a company called Finer Filters also the H2 Oasis Machine by Vortex uses the exact same filters just cheaper.... The watery is a generic machine that different manufacturers use its not their own design they are lying.... The Frizzlife WB99 also uses the same filters.... This Milky Plant company can't even supply the filters so you cant use your machine yet they threaten to void your warranty if you purchase from elsewhere..... how does that even make sense..... honestly they are not trustworthy and lie..... please contact trading standards and make a complaint to WATCHDOG and the SUN newspaper we can teach this company a lesson more complaints the better..... they don't deserve our business.... nothing unique about the machine its all lies and they also sell the filters more expensive than everyone else then pretend to reduce them when everyone else sells the same filters at the reduced price anyway..... absolutely disgusting poor excuse of a company.... don't buy anything from them get your filters from elsewhere.... I have evidence in emails of their lies and my order number to prove my review is authentic..... so these snakes can't wriggle their way out of this...

Zwei Bestellungen, zweimal Chaos, nie wieder!
Ich habe bisher zweimal bei Milky Plant bestellt. Bei beiden Bestellungen gab es massive Probleme, sowohl mit den Produkten als auch mit der Lieferung und dem Kundenservice. Vor dem Kauf wird versprochen, dass die Produkte innerhalb weniger Tage geliefert werden. Nach einer Woche war nichts da, nach zwei Wochen ebenfalls nicht. Daraufhin schrieb ich dem Kundenservice. Auf meine erste Mail bekam ich eine Woche lang überhaupt keine Antwort. Erst nachdem ich eine zweite, deutlich verärgertere Mail geschickt hatte, kam weitere fünf Tage später eine lapidare Nachricht: Das Produkt könne frühestens in zwei Wochen verschickt werden. Eine Entschuldigung? Fehlanzeige. Zwei Tage später erhielt ich dann von einem anderen Mitarbeiter eine Mail zu einer völlig anderen Bestellung, die ich nie getätigt hatte. Die Anrede war falsch, der Name gehörte zu einer anderen Person und auch das genannte Produkt hatte ich nie bestellt. Das wirkt nicht nur vollkommen chaotisch, sondern wirft auch Fragen zum Umgang mit Kundendaten . Auf meine aktuelle Bestellung warte ich bis heute. Inzwischen sind mehrere Wochen vergangen. Bei meiner ersten Bestellung war es ähnlich: Die Lieferung verzögerte sich um ganze zwei Monate. Als das Gerät endlich ankam, war der Wassertank direkt defekt und hatte einen großen Riss im Kunststoff. Wieder schrieb ich dem Kundenservice und erhielt erst nach einer Woche eine Antwort. Man versprach mir einen neuen Tank. Nachdem eine weitere Woche nichts passiert war, fragte ich erneut nach. Auch darauf reagierte zunächst niemand. Mehrere Tage später hieß es dann, dass die Lieferung des Ersatztanks noch einmal etwa zwei Monate dauern würde. Ganz ehrlich: Was ist bei diesem Unternehmen los? Die Kommunikation ist extrem langsam und unprofessionell, die Abläufe wirken völlig unorganisiert und mein Gerät kam bereits beschädigt an. Trotz all dieser Probleme gab es bis heute weder eine vernünftige Entschuldigung noch einen Rabatt oder irgendeine andere Form der Wiedergutmachung. Nach zwei Bestellungen und zweimaligem Chaos werde ich bei Milky Plant definitiv nichts mehr bestellen.

I ordered replace filter on begging of…
I ordered replace filter on begging of June and it’s still not yet delivered. Looks like this is very common issue who purchased the machine. This company never changed the status to stock out even they don’t have any stock remain. And keep saying it will deliver soon but it never happens. Now I’m preparing report action Fraud. I strongly do not recommend this company.

I ordered a replacement set of 12 months worth of filters at the beginning of July. It is now nearly the end of August and every time I contact Milky Plant they keep saying next week next week next week I have contacted them on a weekly basis and now I’ve asked for a refund for £146.20 and they refused the refund telling me yet again next week they are very good at selling the machines, but they’re back up. Service is appalling and in adequate I recommend don’t touch this company.

Terrible. My order finally went through for replacement filters since 4th August 2026, the company sends emails about offers to order more in advance but I am still waiting for my item. Disgusting. I am stuck with a useless machine if I can't get replacement filters.
