I’ve been trying for days to cancel my membership, but it’s practically impossible. There is no clear cancellation option, and support hasn’t responded to multiple messages. Meanwhile, the subscription keeps running and I’m still being charged.

Unable to manage subscription
I wanted to check out the academy and followed a link that clearly stated that I can’t cancel my subscription anytime. Right after I logged into the website, I’ve noticed that I’m unable to access the “manage subscription” tab. I’ve emailed them 2. Messaged them on instagram and still - no response. After a couple of days I’ve noticed that the tap disappeared completely. I feel scammed in the worst way possible. No response, no help, no feedback.
