Conned me out of 3 year warranty by…
Conned me out of 3 year warranty by changing the portal url from eservice to warranty.milwaukee back in 2024 the conning thiefs. After 16 years and 34 tools in the eservice portal they all say 1 year warranty as nothing was said on new registrations on the eservice URL I have made since then but the eservice portal allowed me to register the tool and upload the invoice within 30 days without saying anything. Will be moving to Dewalt/Makita bye bye milwaukee made in china!

I can't give them a 1.. because in the end.. the tools ultimate do the job needed as intended by the end of the day... I give them a 2 because.. This company has gotten so big, that they let it go to their heads. They focus too much on power.. that the quality deteriates. I tried to contact them about it, which lead to this review... I have a few ideas for quality improvement.. or attachments that could better protect the product, so Things like.. the Batteries... would break down less... They told me they refuse outside help, thoughts, opinions, and ideas.. I'm over here like.. I will literally sign documents stating that I want nothing to do with my accepted designs or thoughts.. I just want my investments in my tools to work so that I can earn my living at the end of each day.... The fact that they are so unwilling to accept any ideas, even fully free ideas, shows me they truly truly don't care anymore. They know their bottom line won't be effected... So I started searching for a better product... I think I'm going to get Flex24 a shot... The build quality vs power seems to be very innovative. -- If you are surprised I didn't mention Dewalt.. let's face it. Dewalt has the quality down.. but not the Power. As an acting Mechanic in the rust belt.. I need things that will break a 30mm++ fastener... not something that will struggle if it won't break lose. Milwaukee, as terrible as the quality is.. Has never ever left me wondering if something will come loose or not.m That fastener is coming loose or it's breaking. Nothing in between. I am happy with that.
