Eğitimi yeni aldım, ekip ilgili ve sorularıma hızlı bir şekilde çözüm alıyorum. Uzun süredir Dr. Ales'i sosyal medyadan takip ediyorum, sorunlara bölgesel ve ayrıntılı bir şekilde yaklaşması, sorunların nerden kaynaklandığını açıklaması eğitimi almamı sağladı. Eğitimler sadece yüz için değil zihin ve beden gelişimini de bir bütün olarak alıyor. Bu eğitimi bize sunduğu için Dr. Ales'e ve bizim her zaman yanımızda olan ekibine teşekkür ediyorum💞

Unclear application and not supporting customers
I have purchased a program only for having exercise after baby delivery. They asked me to join club for 7 days trail. I never received email for renewal neither it shows in the application that I have registered to their club and it will be renewed soon. I surprised with money detected from my account then when I contacted support number on what’s app they didn’t help me and refused to refund and their reply didn’t justify why they deducted the money

I’m excited to start attending classes, track my progress, and later share my full experience with the content and sessions. So far, I’m very happy with the services and offers I’ve received.

Extremely misleading, disappointing and poor quality
I purchased only a $9 course, which I found extremely poor in quality and not worth the money. I then discovered that I had also been charged $47 for a subscription that I had never knowingly intended to purchase. When I tried to exercise the 14-day “money-back guarantee” advertised on their website, explicitly described as a “full refund” and “no questions asked,” customer support did everything except actually address the issue. They initially claimed that the best they could offer was a $23.50 partial refund, along with bonuses and free membership access that I did not want. I repeatedly explained the situation and pointed out their own refund policy. Instead of addressing the issue directly, they kept giving irrelevant answers and alternative offers, apparently hoping I would simply give up out of frustration. Only after I insisted on the terms displayed on their own website did they finally confirm that the refund would be processed, without properly addressing or explaining the contradiction. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and, in my opinion, reflects a highly misleading and discouraging customer-service and sales approach. The course itself was also very disappointing and, in my experience, of extremely poor quality. I strongly recommend being extremely careful before purchasing anything from this company and reading every condition very carefully. Personally, I have completely lost trust in MindBodyFace and would not recommend it.
