No way to delete your account or your ID
The app cannot delete your account, and support does not answer. In-app deletion returns "Unable to delete" and tells you to contact Pi Support to return your migrated Pi first. There is no other option. I contacted support five times over three months — tickets 5758668 (29 April), 5779433 and 5779435 (20 May), 5815092, and one more. Every single one got only an automated reply, which states word for word: "even if you may not receive a response, your messages are monitored by Pi Core Team members." No human has ever replied. So the app sends you to support, support does not respond, and there is no path to delete your account. This is not a bug — the mechanism does not exist. They hold my government ID, my selfie, and my biometric data from mandatory KYC. I have asked five times to have it removed. Silence. If you are considering handing over your identity documents to this app, understand that there is currently no working way to get them deleted.

TOTAL FRAUD and WASTE OF TIME
I´ve been mining for 5 years. Then they came up with a very complicated way to transfer everything to a new system and give you some restricted time to transfer and if you don´t do it you loose all you work of all those years. There is not support on how to do it, they never reply to emails. This is a total waste of time and a total Fraud.

Don't invest on this site. You won't get paid. They are liars and full of fake promises. I had an awful experience with them and won't recommend them to anyone. I'm now doing perfectly well with #FOUR J INVEST# and I have been paid with ease.

Ho iniziato circa 6 anni fa a fare alcune ricerche sulla rete Pi e ho scoperto che non solo si tratta di un'iniziativa di valuta digitale legittima e molto innovativa, ma, cosa più importante, è ancora nella fase iniziale per entrare con un eccellente rapporto rischio / rendimento, non aspettatevi soldi facili o a breve termine. Certo, non vi è alcuna garanzia che sarà un progetto di successo, ma quello che ora si puo' perdere sono solo pochi minuti al giorno per premere un pulsante sul cellulare. Ciò che devi investire e' solo la mobilitazione della tua rete di amici e familiari senza alcun costo finanziario per te o loro, con la possibile ricompensa di accumulare molte valute digitali Pi che potrebbero essere molto preziose in futuro se il progetto dovesse avere successo. Pi Network è un progetto che si distingue dalle criptovalute tradizionali come Bitcoin, soprattutto per il modo in cui gestisce il "mining" e il funzionamento della sua rete. Per chi riporta tempi lunghi con il KYC puo' sottomettere segnalazione usando specifico form, puoi trovarmi su PI con l'alias dsantony per indicazioni puntuali 1. Differenza dal mining tradizionale Bitcoin e altre criptovalute: Il mining tradizionale richiede molta potenza di calcolo per risolvere complessi problemi matematici (sistema "proof-of-work"). Questo processo consuma molta energia e utilizza hardware specializzato. Pi Network: Non utilizza questo tipo di mining. L'app Pi non richiede né un uso intensivo del processore né l'esecuzione in background. 2. Come funziona Pi Network Proof-of-Stake semplificato: Pi Network adotta un modello basato sulla fiducia e sull'interazione sociale. Gli utenti guadagnano monete Pi partecipando attivamente alla rete, ad esempio accedendo all'app, interagendo con altri utenti e verificando la propria identità. Nessun consumo di risorse: L'app non sfrutta la potenza di elaborazione del telefono per calcoli complessi; quindi, non consuma batteria o energia come le app di mining tradizionali.

Da mesi in coda per la migrazione
Come richiesto ho fatto il KYC e sono in coda per la migrazione... ormai da mesi. Non gli credo più, secondo me è ormai fatto apposta per "guadagnare" con la pubblicità dell'app. Lasciate perdere!
