Honestly recommend
I am glad I have ordered regardless low rating. Items arrived securely and beautifully packaged just as described and shown on photos very high quality. For shipping from PL it arrived in less than 5working days as promised well tracked and regular updates sent via email.

No Goods, No Refund, Over a Month of Emails
I would strongly advise against ordering from Miss Lemonade. I ordered 2 plant pots at the beginning of May 2026. The tracking showed the parcel had allegedly been left in a "safe place", despite no safe place ever being agreed and no delivery card being left. When I investigated, the delivery photographs provided did not match my property. I supplied Miss Lemonade with photographs of my address, a written statement of non-receipt (at their request), and confirmation from my local postal workers that they had not delivered or left the parcel at my property. Over a month later and after more than 16 email exchanges, I am still without either the goods or a refund. Miss Lemonade has confirmed in writing that it will not provide a replacement or issue a refund until their internal investigations are complete. In other words, despite evidence that the parcel was not delivered to me, they have refused a refund. They have also refused to provide copies of the policies they refer to when justifying their decisions, despite my repeated requests for clarification regarding my consumer rights and their obligations as the retailer. Customer service responses have been repetitive and repeatedly failed to address the specific questions raised. I have now been forced to pursue the matter through Buyer Protection processes. All of this relates to an order worth approximately £30, which makes the time and effort required to pursue a resolution particularly confusing. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

OverPriced Resseling, the price of needoh was very hight like 2 times more than in other stores, then they raised the prices more. (For example, one thing in bigjigstoys -- [THey got stuff from here] cost like 30zł + 15zł delivery, in their store it cost 100zł +10zł delivery. Insanely high prices.

One star is far too generous for this…
One star is far too generous for this company. The return and refund process took nearly three months. I have never dealt with such an inefficient online retailer in all my years of online shopping. To make matters worse, I was charged customs duties for an item I never even received. I had to send more than 10 emails just to get my refund. Their customer service is absolutely terrible, and this has been by far the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I will never purchase from this company again.
