Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Ordered groceries on 12 June. It has been 1.5 months and there is no news from the company. No response to emails, Facebook messages, calls ++ I hope some action is taken against them as they seem to be defrauding the customers. I see other customers also posting on FB about similar situations.

The most pathetic customer service ever
These people are very bad at customer service. I have experienced and have seen many comments over their FB page wherein they do not send item which we bought. And then they do not reply on the query even after follow up thru all their possible contact us methods. We faced it for 4 weeks. Then they sent us a voucher so that we buy things again. But we literally felt cheated so we are not going to but anything from them ever. I bought 5kg basmati rice and paid for it and they sent only 1kg rice. I sent the parcel as a gift to my sister on portugal. And when you call on their cusservuce number it speaks in French wherein all their customers are Indians. We are never going to buy anything from them ever now. And I hv seen many customers like me on their FB post wherein they ordered something and they have sent something else or have mot sent it. And they have deleted all those comments now from their FB wall this itself shows they they are so bad at their work.

Je dirais que c’est un site à éviter! J’ai reçu mon colis rapidement, mais le produit n’était pas de bonne qualité.

very poor
product quality very poor. phone broken after less than 1 year. Impossible to be repaired. they first wrote they would change with another one, finally (after 4 months of requests) told that it was my duty.

ho trovato lo shop on line a settembre 2013, ed ho effettuato diversi acquisti, a marzo 2014 ho acquistato per conto di mio cognato un telefono, lo stesso ha funzionato perfettamente o quasi fino a settembre 2014 quando una mattina non si è più acceso,contatto l'assistenza di mixeshop (visto che il sito riporta che i telefoni hanno un anno di garanzia)e chiedo il da farsi, mi rispondono di spedire il telefono ed io provvedo immediatamente costo 18€( amio carico ma ero preparato) il telefono gli arriva dopo circa 25 giorni,al che inizia l'odissea mi viene detto che il prodotto non è più in produzione, che non si trovano i pezzi di ricambio, io chiedo allora che mi venga fatto un buono del valore del prodotto in modo da prendere un altro telefono o che mi venga sostituito con uno di pari caratteristiche. la loro risposta in due semplici mosse prima hanno cancellato l'ordine dal mio profilo in modo che io non possa dimostrare l'acquisto del prodotto, peccato che io avevo stampato l'ordine, in secondo mi dicono di comprare per il futuro huwei o thl oaltre marche più blasonate consiglio per tutti non acquistate sono dei truffatori i prezzi sono circa due euro più bassi degli altri shop ma poi hanno spese di spedizione molto più alte,assistenza post vendita zero,si comportano cosi solo perchè sono passati i 45 giorni di protezione acquisti paypal altrimenti avrebbero fatto quanto dovuto
