Rating: 1 / 5 ★☆☆☆☆ Unreliable fitment data, negligence in pre-sales verification by management, sluggish communication, and zero after-sales accountability. I ordered suspension parts from MK-Fahrwerkstechnik for my 2019 Audi SQ2 (Order #MKF55154, shipped to Hong Kong). Below is the factual timeline of my experience: 1. Pre-sales Inquiry & Order Placement (May 2026) Before placing the order, I submitted my vehicle's VIN and specifically requested written confirmation on whether the Eibach lowering springs were compatible with my SQ2. The owner and general manager, Marc-André Kerth, directly provided a quotation without raising any objections or compatibility warnings. In standard commercial practice, this reasonably led me to believe the parts were fully compatible. 2. Delivery, Installation & Severe Fitment Issues (June – July 2026) I received the parcel before mid-June. As I was still awaiting other upgrade components, I brought all parts and the vehicle to a local garage in early July for installation. The mechanics immediately discovered major compatibility issues: Wrong Rear Shocks (8245-1402): The SQ2 features a Multi-link rear suspension requiring Koni part 8245-1403. Their website erroneously lists 8245-1402 (for torsion beam) as compatible with "Audi SQ2 TFSI quattro 221kW". Incompatible Springs (E10-15-024-03-22): I reached out to Eibach Headquarters, and they officially confirmed that no Pro-Kit lowering springs are manufactured for the SQ2. 3. Shifted Responsibility & Sluggish Support (July – August 2026) Even with Managing Director Robert Ebner handling the post-sales communication, progress was consistently slow and nonchalant. Robert initially attempted to shift blame back onto the customer, claiming they "cannot verify fitment via VIN" and "never confirmed fitment with me." If a supplier branding itself as "professional" claims it cannot verify fitment using a VIN, how can you expect everyday car owners—who make up 99% of your customers—to do so? Furthermore, when a customer explicitly asks to verify compatibility and you completely ignore the question, it suggests you knew there was a risk of incorrect parts, yet chose to stay silent, collect the payment, and ship the goods anyway—only to dodge accountability when problems arose. Where exactly is the professionalism in that? After I provided manufacturer catalog data, Robert admitted 8245-1403 was indeed the correct part and that no compatible springs exist, yet simply ended the email with "hope this has been of some help to you," offering no return or exchange solution. 4. Complete Silence & WhatsApp "Read without Reply" (August 2026) On August 6, I sent screenshots proving that their own website displays incorrect compatibility for the rear shocks and that I had explicitly asked for fitment verification prior to ordering. I received no email response. On August 10, I reached out via WhatsApp to politely follow up, explaining that this issue had already stalled my car's upgrade for a month. An auto-reply stated they were on company holiday from August 8 to August 23. However, the WhatsApp last-seen status clearly showed staff logging in daily and reading incoming messages, leaving me on "read" with zero response. Conclusion: Their website heavily advertises their "professionalism," yet what leaves the strongest impression on me is their complete lack of accountability. Having run my own small business for nearly 20 years, I know that business reputation and customer trust are priceless. Sadly, not every business owner shares the same values. If you are an international buyer or relying on their vehicle compatibility listings, please exercise extreme caution. Their database contains critical errors, pre-sales checks are neglected by management, and when issues arise, they take no responsibility.
