Zdecydowanie nie polecam tej wypożyczalni. Mimo wcześniejszego zwrotu auta i wykupienia pełnego ubezpieczenia, obciążono mnie dodatkową opłatą za odkurzanie. Samochód nosił jedynie ślady normalnego użytkowania. Każda profesjonalna firma sprząta pojazdy w cenie usługi, zamiast szukać pretekstu do wyciągania od klientów dodatkowych pieniędzy.

⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing experience at MM Cars Rental, Krakow Airport I rented a car from MM Cars Rental at Krakow Airport, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. The vehicle I received was not the same car/category that I had booked and expected based on the reservation. What made the experience worse was the way my concerns were handled. I did not feel that there was genuine interest in resolving the issue or ensuring customer satisfaction. The communication and overall treatment were far below what I would expect from a professional car rental company. I understand that rental companies may sometimes provide an equivalent vehicle, but in my case, the replacement and the way the situation was handled did not meet my expectations. Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend MM Cars Rental, especially the Krakow Airport branch. I would advise other travelers to carefully check the vehicle and all rental conditions before accepting the car. Rating: 1/5

Avoid at any cost! I hired a car from them recently, the driver was late dropping it off and collecting it by an hour, they found a scratch on one of the alloys which was 2cm long and charged me £300 for having it reconditioned. Absolute joke in irrelative cost, I appealed, obviously there is no one you could speak to over the phone I had to email them, after a week I got an answer stating they won`t lower the price and it is what it is. £300 FOR A TINY SCRATCH just because they can
