Due giorni, pagamento effettuato e ancora nessuna chiave
Ho acquistato Project Motor Racing aspettandomi, trattandosi di un prodotto digitale, una consegna rapida. Invece, dopo il pagamento, mi è stato comunicato che sarebbe stata necessaria una non meglio precisata verifica. Ho ricevuto una risposta, ma non conteneva né un link per effettuare la verifica, né istruzioni concrete, né una spiegazione chiara su cosa dovessi fare. Ho quindi segnalato il problema all’assistenza, senza ricevere alcuna risposta. Il giorno successivo, intorno alle 8 del mattino, MMOGA mi ha scritto che il pagamento era stato ricevuto, che l’ordine risultava spedito e che entro 5 minuti avrei ricevuto un’altra email dal venditore con la chiave o le istruzioni per riscattare il gioco. Ho controllato più volte la posta in arrivo e lo spam, ma durante tutta la giornata non è arrivato assolutamente nulla. Adesso siamo alla fine della seconda giornata: il pagamento è stato effettuato, l’ordine viene indicato come spedito, ma io non ho ancora ricevuto la chiave e non posso utilizzare ciò che ho acquistato. Trovo questa gestione inaccettabile: comunicazioni poco chiare, promesse di consegna non rispettate e assistenza che non risponde alla segnalazione. Per una chiave digitale non dovrebbe essere necessario perdere due giorni inseguendo diversi soggetti senza ottenere una soluzione. Al momento, la mia esperienza con MMOGA è stata una delusione totale. Non posso assolutamente consigliare il servizio finché non riceverò la chiave acquistata oppure un rimborso completo. Aggiornerò la recensione soltanto nel caso in cui il problema venga realmente risolto.

Went to order a game, pay 1. Due to many fraud cases we need to verify you as the rightful owner of the used payment account before completing your order. In order to do so, we need the following documents: - a picture of the payment account owner's valid ID/passport - a picture of the payment account owner, holding the ID/passport next to their face. Went to perform a refund - conversation went for couple days - finally received confirmation of a refund - you need to wait 7-10 days for your money. After 7 days - nothing. Don't trust them - this platform is not working as it should

페이팔 결제를 지원하지 않습니다. 다른 사이트에서 기프트카드를 구매했습니다. 구매한 기프트카드의 핀 번호를 등록해서 잔액을 충전했습니다. 첫 결제는 아무런 제약없이 이루어졌고 잔액은 차감되었지만 구매내역은 아무것도 없습니다. 고객센터에 문의했습니다. 잔액이 환불되었고 다시 결제를 시도 했습니다. 너무 많은 결제 시도가 있었다고 하면서 갑자기 저의 잔액을 동결시켰습니다. 잔액 동결을 해제하는 비용으로 400달러를 요구했습니다. 저는 요구를 거절하고 24시간을 기다렸습니다. 잔액동결이 해제되었습니다. 다시 결제를 시도했습니다. 이번에는 2차인증을 하라고 합니다. 2차인증 활성화 비용으로 300달러를 요구합니다. 아직 상품을 제대로 받지 못했습니다. 제가 300달러를 추가로 지불했을때 당신이 아이템을 지급할거라는 확신이 없습니다. 추가요구를 하기전에 약속된 거래부터 해결해 신뢰를 쌓으세요. 아직 이전 거래도 완료되지 않았는데 다음 거래를 제안하는건 나쁩니다.

In order to do so, we need the following documents: (1) a picture of the payment account owner's valid ID/passport (2) a picture of the payment account owner, holding the ID/passport next to their face. That is not acceptable when ordering a game for 30€. When opening a bank account, this is understandable, when ordering a video game, it is not. Please refund the full amount back to my card.
