I've been a customer of mnml since 2018 and anytime I've had an issue with an item or order, which hasn't been many times, the issue received a quick response and timely satisfactory resolution. Top that with clothes that are always on trend with a price point that is fair and This is how you keep customers coming back!!

Accidental Cargo Purchase
I accidentally bought some camo cargo shorts. I bought them on Sunday and got my money back on Tuesday. They were quick with my refund, despite being a busy website.

Worst customer service I order…
Worst customer service I order something that said it will make it to me before aug 27th before I paid I needed it for August 29th so I paid I then received a late message saying they were currently in transition to another warehouse and shipping will be delayed,nowhere on the website or any platforms for their business did they state this information now my package is sitting for a couple days I contacted them multiple times I even tried to understand and say ok will you guys be updating customers order to express being that this delay was unexpected and not acknowledged ahead of time giving them the choice whether to wait or just find another store I was denied that opportunity which would of made sense and overall they just had no sense of urgency or care in the world that people paid money to receive orders at a certain date and now will not
