Very Disappointing Experience
I am honestly extremely disappointed with this company and the way they handled my order. I ordered a JAYKAY e-Fin 2.0 and paid €459. The money was taken from my card, and then I received an email saying that my order had been cancelled because my payment was supposedly declined. After contacting customer service, I was told that the payment method had been flagged as “suspicious” and that the order had been cancelled and refunded. What I find completely unacceptable is the way this situation was handled. If your system has a problem with a payment method, why not contact the customer before cancelling the order and give them the possibility to use another payment method? They could have simply asked me to pay another way and the problem could have been solved in a few minutes. Instead, they cancelled my order, kept me waiting for my €459 to be refunded, and when I contacted them, their solution was basically: “It’s best to order directly from the supplier.” Seriously? After wasting my time and blocking €459 of my money, that’s the solution you offer? I don’t have a lot of vacation time, and this is exactly why I ordered the product in the first place. Now I have lost valuable time dealing with this situation, and because I have to wait for my money to come back, I don’t even have the possibility to immediately buy another JAYKAY e-Fin 2.0 somewhere else. So because of their poor handling of the situation, I have lost time, money, and the opportunity to enjoy the product during my vacation. What makes it even more frustrating is that nobody even tried to find a solution before cancelling the order. No alternative payment method, no attempt to resolve the issue, no real effort to help. Just cancel the order and tell the customer to buy directly from the manufacturer. That shows a complete lack of respect for the customer’s time and situation. I understand that companies have security systems and payment checks. That’s not the problem. The problem is how the customer is treated when something goes wrong. A good company should try to solve the problem instead of simply cancelling an order and leaving the customer to deal with the consequences. I am extremely unhappy with this experience. I paid €459, the money was taken from my account, my order was cancelled, and now I have to wait for a refund while my vacation time is running out. Zero respect for the customer, zero effort to find a solution, and very poor customer service. I would absolutely not recommend ordering from this company. If something goes wrong with your payment, don’t expect them to help you find a solution and apparently, they will just cancel your order and tell you to buy somewhere else.
