The matchmaking in Ranked has become…
The matchmaking in Ranked has become seriously unfair. Games feel completely unbalanced, and encountering what appear to be bots/AI players in Ranked matches makes the experience even worse. Ranked should be about competing against real players with a fair and competitive matchmaking system. At this point, I’m tired of wasting time on unfair matches. It might be time to find a new game with real players and better matchmaking. Moonton needs to seriously improve Ranked matchmaking if they want players to keep coming back. It only gives player frustration no fun in it these days. Such a waste of time .

Broken Matchmaking: The matchmaking system is completely unfair. You are constantly paired with inexperienced or trolling teammates, while the enemy team gets a coordinated stack. It feels completely rigged to force a 50% win rate rather than rewarding skill. Pay-to-Win Balancing: Hero balance is entirely driven by skin sales. Whenever a hero gets an expensive new skin, they magically receive a massive buff to boost sales. Once the skin event ends, the hero gets nerfed into oblivion. This greedy cycle ruins competitive integrity. Absurd and Inconsistent Rules: The moderation and ban system is a joke. Innocent players get punished for harmless profile symbols or minor issues due to automated, flawed reports, while actual griefers and intent-feeders walk away untouched. Until Moonton starts prioritizing proper game balance and fair moderation over microtransactions, I cannot recommend this game to anyone.

Dont play the game
am officially done with this game. There is absolutely no point in playing anymore when ranked matches are flooded with bots. I want my money back. This game used to be great, but now it is completely unplayable. The support team is entirely useless. I end up getting banned almost daily because of the constant bot issues—when I get matched with them, I get frustrated, and I frankly do not care anymore. However, I do feel bad if I end up being toxic when I actually get a legitimate player on my team. This season, I have played 300 matches. Playing solo, I have lost 72% of my games. When I group up with friends, there are no issues and both sides have legitimate players. But the moment I want to play a solo match, it is an absolute nightmare. It is impossible to enjoy this game alone anymore. Avoid it.

Matching not good and players are also not good. This all system of match making is not good. I love this game very much but sometimes the matches became impossible to win because of teammates. So I request to make match making descent.
