This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam! Be careful. Every thing makes it look like the unblocking costs 25 dollars except for a small note that says "Eligibility check". Only after you pay you discover that the 25 dollars is only for the "privilege" of paying them 48 more dollars to unlock the phone. Stay away from this scam.

a bunch of hog wash. they make you pay eligibility check to see if its eligible to be unlocked then you pay extra to unlock but then they fail and say oh its not a guarantee. so whats the point of eligibility check then? if it passes eligibility it should unlock so why bother to say eligible then say oh it isnt. sCaM! i bet they come up with an excuse.

Mi experiencia con MobileUnlocks ha…
Mi experiencia con MobileUnlocks ha sido muy decepcionante hasta este momento. Inicié el proceso el 16 de agosto de 2026 para desbloquear mi Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra de AT&T USA. Desde entonces he estado esperando que el servicio se complete. Durante el proceso realicé 3 pagos: MX$449 por la verificación de elegibilidad. MX$1,049 por el Servicio Estándar. MX$2,299 por el Servicio Premium. En total, he pagado MX$3,797 pesos mexicanos, aproximadamente US$224, dependiendo del tipo de cambio aplicado. A pesar de haber realizado estos pagos, el proceso permaneció durante varios días mostrando aproximadamente 99 % de progreso, sin completarse. Debido a la demora, el equipo de soporte me ofreció y confirmó una sesión de soporte remoto por USB para el 26 de agosto de 2026 a las 8:00 p. m., hora de Ciudad de México. Seguí todas las indicaciones solicitadas. Preparé mi computadora, instalé los programas y controladores necesarios y, a la hora acordada, envié un mensaje informando que ya estaba listo para iniciar la sesión. Sin embargo, nadie se puso en contacto conmigo y el soporte remoto nunca se realizó. Después intenté solicitar información, pero no recibí respuesta y tuve que esperar 24 horas para poder enviar nuevamente otro mensaje a través del sistema. Posteriormente solicité nuevamente que se realizara el soporte remoto de inmediato. Se me indicó que contactarían a un técnico y que recibiría comunicación por WhatsApp y correo electrónico, pero sigo esperando que se concrete una solución. Mi principal preocupación es que llevo desde el 16 de agosto de 2026 esperando la finalización del servicio, ya he pagado MX$3,797, y el pedido lleva varios días detenido aproximadamente en 99 %, sin una explicación clara sobre cuándo se resolverá definitivamente. Lo que necesito en este momento es poder comunicarme directamente con una persona real del equipo de soporte, obtener una respuesta clara sobre el estado de mi pedido y recibir una solución concreta. Espero que esta opinión permita que MobileUnlocks revise mi caso y proporcione finalmente la atención y el seguimiento que se me prometieron.

This is a fraud. they ask you to pay $24.99 and they do some checks then ask you to pay further $50.00 to actually unlock the phone. stay away from these con artist.

More than a month with no resolution or response
I paid for the Eligibility Check, Standard Unlock and Premium Service for my iPhone 17 Pro Max locked to Verizon USA. It has now been more than a month since I placed my order, and my order is still showing 99% “In Process with Verizon.” During this time, I was repeatedly asked to wait 24, 48 and 72 hours. Later, I was promised a carrier response or formal escalation summary within 5 business days, but that deadline also passed without any response or escalation summary. The most disappointing part is that Live Support was later disabled for my IMEI. I was instructed to contact them by email instead, which I did. However, I have now been waiting two weeks for a response to my email, and I still have received nothing. I have already paid for the requested services, including Premium, but my phone is still not unlocked. I understand that carrier delays can happen, but repeatedly giving waiting timeframes, then disabling Live Support and not responding to emails, has been extremely frustrating. I simply want the service I paid for to be completed or a clear explanation and proper resolution to be provided. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.
