⭐ If zero stars were an option
⭐ If zero stars were an option, I would give zero. Absolutely appalling customer service from Mobilize Financial Services. I raised a formal complaint and have been met with ignored emails, disconnected calls, automated responses that failed to address my actual complaint and a complete lack of ownership. I have repeatedly provided the information needed to identify my finance agreement, yet I have still had to chase and explain the situation over and over again. The lack of communication between departments has been astonishing. A finance company should be judged by how it treats customers when something goes wrong. Mobilize has failed miserably. I have now lost confidence in their ability to resolve the matter and am escalating my complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service. If you are considering financing a vehicle through Mobilize, think very carefully. My experience has been nothing short of disgraceful.

Daylight robbery with no customer service to complain - AVOID if you can
My experience with Nissan Financial Services / Mobilize has been disgraceful. Months after returning my car, they demanded me to pay hundreds of pounds with no prior invoice, explanation or evidence. Trying to challenge it is an absolute nightmare. Nissan sends you to Mobilize, Mobilize sends you elsewhere, and the contact details they provide don't even work. The phone system doesn't take calls; it just asks you to leave a voicemail!! The whole process is deliberately designed to make it difficult for customers to challenge false charges as a way of extracting as much additional money from customers as possible. Extremely poor transparency, accountability and customer service. I'm surprised that anyone could give more than one star, which is already way too much but unfortunately the minimum possible .

NEVER use this company
NEVER use this company. I have been chasing up my car renewal since April. It is now nearly September. They constantly claim to have not received your documents, then another email weeks later will confirm they have and it’s being processed, then fast forward a month and you’re then told they haven’t received the documents. It’s been one lie after another. I’ve lost track of the amount of emails and calls I’ve made. I would give zero stars if I could. I have never in my life dealt with such an awful company.

Probably the worst company I have ever dealt with, And will never buy another renault as they are owned by the Renault organisation. Do not deal with this abysmal company as they continually waste your time .

Terrible customer service at every step…
Terrible customer service at every step of the way. They picked my car up at the end of the finance agreement and made claims that things were included with the car that was just not true They make claims and then get you to prove they are untrue They go 6 weeks without contact and then send threatening letters When making a payment at the end of the agreement, the phone operator was asking me if I had paid all my other bills and whether this money was coming from savings, it's none of your business
