TOTAL DISSATISFACTION – Extremely misleading and unacceptable billing practice I am extremely disappointed with the way this service handles its subscriptions and payments. I initially paid €1 to try the service. I authorized a payment of €1, and shortly afterwards €34.99 was charged to my card without any clear or conscious authorization for that amount. I find it completely unacceptable that authorizing an initial €1 payment can apparently give the company the freedom to subsequently charge €34.99 without requiring a new, clear confirmation from the customer. This is, in my opinion, a misleading, abusive and highly questionable approach to billing. The fact that the application may be good does not justify a subscription being presented in a way that can lead customers to unexpectedly incur a €34.99 charge. I have already cancelled the subscription and requested a full refund. If this matter is not resolved satisfactorily, I will take this as far as legitimately possible, including reporting the practice to the relevant authorities and publicly sharing my experience so that other consumers are aware of it. You may have a good app, but you have completely lost my trust through the way this subscription was presented and charged.

Helpful customer service from Anna
I think after reading the reviews I was lucky to have Anna deal with my subscription renewal issue. I was charged, despite cancelling within the timeframe. When I emailed to ask about it, Anna was quick to respond and helped me right away. She provided options and was quick to resolve the situation so I was really happy with the service provided.
