Absolutely jokers
Absolutely jokers. Used a couple of times, once cd came completely missing the accompanying book. Had to request refund via Amazon as Momox ignored me. Second time they just cancelled my order with bo explanation. Avoid!

Actually I am not writing to complain or other simply to say Thankyou for helping me over many months try and rebuild my collection which was stolen, I read the reviews and was so annoyed I felt compelled to write a review on trust pilot: It reads as follows, I can’t attach it sadly: more Sir J M Remington KBE 14 reviews GB Rated 5 out of 5 stars RAREWAVES… are far better than many truly onow I have been purchasing from RAREWAVES for sometime now, and I do read the Complaints about the time it takes for the products to arrive however we have to take him into consideration and I will standby this. Every product I have ever received has been received unlike many out there that simply delay and delay and delay I would always make them my first and second choice for anything music or entered and you should remember sometimes it is best to wait for the right product for the right correct what you ordered and not what is generally delivered more cheaply and generally we return I have never once had to return a product. I have been so grateful to this company after having my complete CD collection removed stolen and I’m having to rebuild it 2500 CDs and I’m working within three companies trying to restore what I can and whilst this is very costly this is 30 years of memories I do understand peoples concerns regarding their customer services but you also have to understand they will be un inundated with request and other I only purchase through Amazon why is simple? If I did have a problem I could simply return it. I never buy direct. I also use another company and again I purchased via Amazon again so it gives me the security but I can return so is it so hard for us to wait a little bit longer for something they so wanted I know I miss my collection but this company I know I’ve already purchased nearly 200 CDs room in two months and for that I am grateful. Do not believe the criticisms. If you want the correct product they deliver you just have to wait. Sir James Remington KBE
