Paid for a TikTok account, received no usable account and no resolution
I purchased a monetized TikTok account from MonetizedProfiles on July 23, 2026 (Order #12515) for $149.99 USD. Unfortunately, I was unable to access the TikTok account using the credentials they provided. I contacted their support team, provided screenshots of the problem, and was told that my case had been escalated to their Admin Team. I then offered a reasonable alternative: instead of continuing to troubleshoot the TikTok account, I asked to upgrade my purchase to a monetized/pre-monetized YouTube channel and pay the price difference. I followed up multiple times — on August 3, August 9, and August 17 — but I still did not receive a concrete solution. What is particularly frustrating is that after more than three weeks, I have neither a usable TikTok account nor a YouTube channel, despite having already paid for the order. The responses I received repeatedly said that the case was being reviewed by the Admin Team and that I should wait for an update. However, there was still no definitive resolution or clear timeframe. I understand that technical problems can happen, but the lack of a timely and concrete resolution is extremely disappointing. At this point, I have requested either: A monetized/pre-monetized YouTube channel, with me paying the price difference; or A full refund of my $149.99 purchase. I am leaving this review because I believe potential customers should be aware of my experience before purchasing. I sincerely hope MonetizedProfiles resolves this matter, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend the company.

We purchased a monitized YouTube channel from this website. You have the option to choose a Western audience (cost more money) or Eastern audience. We purchased a western audience channel ($500). They sent us an Eastern audience channel. We've contacted them multiple times over email and this has still not been resolved. It's been 15 days since our purchase.

BAD YOUTUBE CHANNELS - DO NOT BUY
I have purchased three channels from this company, and all three had strikes, of which 2 were terminated by YouTube before I could post a single video. I adhered to the strict guidelines they gave me. This business is dishonest. Do not proceed with them.
