Good fences, HORRIBLE cheap connection ‘system’. Had to improvise to make it work.
The fences themselves are easy to assemble, good quality, and very sturdy. However, the system provided to install it onto the bed is useless, cheap, and highly confusing. There is no proper instructional manual included—only a drawing that does not explain anything.To make it secure, I ultimately had to screw it directly into the bed sides and the wood under the mattress. Now that it is screwed in, it is very stable.Prospective buyers should also note that while the website claims this works on box spring beds, it did not fit ours at all. We actually ended up buying a new bed just to make these fences work! Pricey fenced + new bed = not cool. Now that the fence is up, it works. I would suggest to always buy either 3 or 4 fences, to make it stable, the ‘straps’ to ‘stabilize’ are useless. It is the heavy mattress and the bedframe that holds it all together. AFTER responds of MonkeyMum. I DID contact customer service, they ensured me it was a match. Also on the new bed, a normal bedframe, I had to screw it in to make it safe and stable. I have another house where my partner installed the fence on another normal standard bed frame of IKEA, and it was a nightmare. That said, once you install it into the bedframe with some extra screws;) It is very solid, and as I said the fences itself are good. I purchased the ‘Popular’ dark Grey U shape fences. Twice! As I did not believe my partner it was so hard to install. I could nit find provide ‘ a detailed video installation guides for all of our bed rail models’ as the answer to my review.not on the website, nor online. I found detailed instructions to the set up of the fences, with a second view of the ‘installation’. PLEASE MM, send me a link to this video if you say it is there! I also contacted the helpdesk and send a picture of my frame Ánd installation for help: NO ANSWER. So for customer service and installation instruction, and system, I would only give 1 star!!!!!! Due to quality of the fence, they received a 3 star. I would buy it again, as there is nothing better. BUT PLEASE MM, add a video and change that shitty cheap ‘system’.

Worth the wait
I ordered the bed fence and it was above my expectations. Easy to install and very nice. Took a week before it arrived but makes sense since they are located somewhere else in europe. Quality looks amazing

Commande passée le 3 Août, mail le 8 Août pour livraison sous 48 heures. Toujours pas reçu est nous sommes le 29 août 2025. Le transporteur a aprioris perdus le colis et il a 30 jours pour donner une réponse à Monkey qui doit aussi attendre 30 jours pour me faire un renvoie ou me rembourser. C’est inadmissible surtout que j ai payé mon achat 170 €.
