Scammers! RUN!
OK, so first of all this company stole 17m through an ICO sale back in 2017 when they were called Monolith DAO. This is how they funded this, and of course most likely pocketed most of the loot. Their crypto card service is a joke. In Dec 15 2023 my card was depleted by several fraudulent transactions I DID NOT APPROVE to some casino websites. I am 100% sure I didn't do any mistakes to have my card info taken, I don't even open emails because I am scared of cookie hijacking. That's how paranoid I am. So 2 options: 1. A site where I used the card got hacked, or chrome cookie exploit..etc. 2. Monolith was working with the fraudulent casino to cash out. I CAN'T PROVE THIS OF COURSE OR believe this is the case. Just saying the options. So each time a new merchant tried to charge my credit card I would get a message to approve the transaction or not. This time, no 2FA. 0! SO yea.. if you want to wake up with your credit card depleted use these guys. No answer what so ever on this from the support, I've asked them 5 time how it's possible and still no answer. Shut the front door. After threatening them with negative reviews, they restored the stolen funds and BUT BLOCKED my card, and not answering anymore. Numbers on the screen only, money I can't ever spend. They pocketed this most likely and now they won't answer support anymore. SCAMMERS!!! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!

Supporte seulement le réseau Ethereum, donc c'est très cher pour les frais de dépôt de cryptomonnaie. Monolith ne précise pas combien doit-on posséder d'ethereum sur leur portefeuille pour recevoir la carte bancaire. Impossible de commander la carte bancaire. Sur la page de l'application il est écrit "une erreur est survenue, veuillez contacter le support". J'ai envoyé un message au support pour leur demander s'il y avait un montant minimal pour avoir le droit de commander la carte bancaire mais je n'ai toujours pas de réponse, ça fait 3 jours.

Doesn't seem worth the hassle
I was quite excited to sign up and order their card because it looks nice (irrelevant reason for most, I know) and because I have read mostly positive experience about them across many social media platforms with crypto spaces. I have uploaded my documents for verification around two months ago and I completely forgot about them. I was looking for a certain app on my phone a few days ago and I came across Monolith and remembered that I have pending verification. I went to the verification status screen and it was still stuck on the "you will hear from us in 3-5 days" after almost 2 months. Support never replies.
