Trabajar con Dom ha sido una revelación
Trabajar con Dom ha sido bastante diferente a lo que esperaba. No va de motivación ni de “échale más ganas”, sino de poner orden y estructura donde antes había bastante caos. En mi caso, me ayudó a definir una estrategia de ventas clara y a posicionar mejor el valor que ya tenía. A partir de ahí, todo empieza a tener más sentido y los clientes llegan de forma más consistente. También tiene un enfoque muy práctico en crear sistemas y automatismos que te quitan carga mental y hacen que el trabajo sea mucho más predecible. Si sientes que tienes potencial pero no lo estás traduciendo en resultados, esto te ayuda a aterrizarlo.

Domenic ist ein sehr zielstrebiger und hilfsbereiter Mensch. In Sachen Positionierung und Verkauf ist er sehr kompetent. Ich hatte bereits das Vergnügen an einigen seiner Calls teilnehmen zu können und muss loswerden, dass der Mehrwert extrem qualitativ ist. Er geht individuell auf die Personen ein und verhilft diesen mit den notwendigen Impulsen und Lösungsansätzen. Mir konnte er bereits umfangreich bei meiner Positionierung helfen. Review from my work with Domenic
Before Domenic, we had ~3,000 leads rotting in HubSpot, no scripts, no system, no clue where it was breaking. I was doing calls every day, but without structure and without a clear target. Honestly, I felt terrible in that setup, chaotic, no measurable results, no way to tell what was actually working. Domenic came in, swapped out the CRM, listened to our scripts, tore them apart, and rebuilt them. Within three weeks we had run through all 3,000 leads, sorted them, and actually knew where the funnel was leaking. At the next company we built the system from scratch with him from day one and the difference was night and day: Clear structure, a script that worked, and a power dialer. I was pushing 300–400 calls a day, sometimes 500, and I never dropped below 150. Not because I’m some machine, but because the system did the heavy lifting. If I did X, Y, Z, I got a predictable result. The moment it clicked for me was when the script started working and the system was in place. From that point, it was just execution. What makes Domenic different from other sales trainers: he’s not afraid to tell you the cold, hard truth. A lot of people dance around it but he doesn’t. He looks at your setup from the outside, rationally, no emotion, just structures and systems, backed by years of expertise. If a friend in sales asked me whether it’s worth working with him, my answer is simple: absolutely yes. You get clarity, you get systems, and you get an objective third-person view on your business that you can’t generate yourself.
