bought tubes by mistake, he refused to cansel 20 min later
I bought some tubes from Moon Audio but quickly realized I’d ordered the wrong version, so I called about 20 minutes later to explain my mistake. They told me it didn’t matter and that I was still paying for the tubes, which they shipped the next day. They refused to cancel the order, forcing me to take time off work to intercept the delivery and avoid paying $200 for two tiny tubes, lighter and smaller than a pack of cigarettes. They got the tubes back the next day but still deducted $20 for shipping, which felt excessive for something so small, especially since they were only 2.5 hours away. They referenced my earlier review and had every excuse in the book for charging me. None of this would have happened if they’d just canceled the order, but they already had my money and wouldn’t refund it because they don’t do returns on tubes. They hadn’t even shipped them when I called. This company seems to retaliate if you say anything negative, even if it’s true. About two years later, I was interested in a pricey DAC costing about 50k and tried calling, but they had blocked my number and email. They also lost about 45k in profit from the sale of that dac for being childish when the truth was being told.

The service from the team was great
The service from the team was great. They answered my questions and were very proactive. They really made sure the orders matched the impact you wanted to achieve with your set-up (ear phone as well as with you amplifier and speaker set up). Delivery was on time and packing was excellent. The black dragon (speaker cables) and bronze dragon (earphone wire) are both delivering on quality and effect. Very impressed.

I really like how easy it was to…
I really like how easy it was to navigate the site and find what I needed for purchase. I also like the finance options and extended warranty options that was a plus for me. They're shipping options are very nice, I received my item quickly and it was packaged very well and works perfectly.
