I ordered a bluetooth headphone and…
I ordered a bluetooth headphone and they just would not ship. They said I'd get an email with tracking number but after waiting 4 days and not receiving a tracking number I figured that it's a scam so I emailed them to let them know that I'm contacting my credit card company to have them extract it back. Once I did that they refunded my money. If only they had pointed out on their advertisement that they are in HONG KONG I'd have not bothered to make the purchase to begin with.

The company sent a generic headset that they advertised as a quality item. The customer service will just lie and lie and completely disregard morals or ethics. Do not trust this company

Do not order from this company
Do not order from this company. I ordered and paid for a motorola H730 Bluetooth headset and received a cheap, generic Bluetooth. I returned it but they will not send me what I ordered or give me my money back. I am looking into legal action that I can take. They told me I have to return it to a certain address but I don't know what that is. I have asked them but they keep telling me it's on their website. They are giving me the run around. If they were honest they would send me the correct product that I ordered.

I wish I could give 0 The worst service,- I tried to cancel my order two minutes after ordering. They said they couldn’t cancel. I rejected the order with FedEx who told me they would send it back to Mooneyblue. They do not refund and keep delaying. The worst service ever. Do not order with them

It's been 56 days since I placed my order. Nothing arrived. I emailed customer services after a month. They kept telling me they'd get back to me with an update, but never did.
