A hopeless company that I will never deal with again.
I have not been able to access my Stockplan account since the start of 2026. Despite many failed attempts, they could not provide any help other than to send me documents via email after having to repeatedly provide government ID. I am struggling to obtain tax documents and am yet again being given the run around. After 30+ years in IT and customer-facing corporates, Morgan Stanley, as a company, stands out as the worst I have ever experienced. The people try very hard but can't deliver what is needed. I have had to call more than 20 times this year, and stayed on the phone for long periods of time, having the same failed attempts tried repeatedly, and only once have I left the call without feeling incredibly frustrated. (To be told to access my account repeatedly when the issue is that I can't access it and no one can resolve the issue is unacceptable.) I have had to escalate to supervisors on a number of occasions to get something done. A terrible company that I will never deal with again.

The only thing that you can say about…
The only thing that you can say about them .. MORGAN SCAMLEY THEY SCAMMED ME SO MANY TIMES I CANT EVEN COUNT IT DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM OR DEAL ANY OF UR INVESTMENTS WITH THEM, THEY ARE CRIMINALS.

Dont use them.
Dont use them. Highly inefficient. Tried using for share services. Couldnt sell shares - had lots of issues on account. Tried calling many times. Cant get through - or cut you off or speak to people who just continuously put you on holds and yet have made no progress when they eventually come back to you. Other brokerages give you heads up -email if issues on account, communicate and allow simple online ways to file forms immediately like W8-Ben. They do not and they will take ages to do so. They also have lots of different departments you have to speak to get flags removed from accounts that should never be there. They cant communicate internally either. so it's a slow dull process of ineptitude. AVOID AVOID.

My beneficiaries were removed multiple…
My beneficiaries were removed multiple times. No explanations no warning. I saw it happened again this week, so I am moving my account. I just don't understand how they can do this without notice or why? What's their thinking? If this were to happen at a wrong time, I would be gone and I guess it would have to go to probate. Very bad!
