This has been the worst experience with this product. Do your research. I spent 187.00 on these patches and I can’t get a refund. They are bargaining with me. I can’t use the patches because they interfere with my metformin and I gained 6lbs in a week and a half. They offered me 30% and I can keep the product. Why would I want to keep something I can’t use and you can’t even refund the full amount. I ordered Kind patches and sent them the same email about the interference with metformin and they had no problem refunding me fully. No bargaining just refunded me. Do not buy this product until you do your research on the product and the company. Disgusting customer service. By the way 30% is 55.00.

This is a terrible advertisement for this product. I made an order of 10 boxes and got an email saying it shipped……however the add said it was from Canada..not so, it shipped from China, I just checked the tracking on this package and it was returned to the sender😡😡😡😡😡 so not only did they get my $100 they lied about where it was coming from. I’m not at all happy. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!!! I also tried contacting the company to no avail!!

Unrealistic and not Boots.
All the ads show totally unrealistic weight losses in unrealistic time periods with offers closing that day, every day. The adds also digitally manipulated images, including using some Boots branding and health care environments, which are fake, often using US terminology.

On line fake ads…
These items are advertised between levels of games given away free by the Apple Store to players. They are intermittent and the adverts claim to be Boots but they are not, they are fake. I have tried to find a U.K. company that takes responsibility for the product. Without success. All a scam. A search of Google shows that Boots have complained to the ASA about similar ads on Tik Tok.
