Great and attentive care
Great and attentive care - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I received both two root canal treatments and two crowns. I travelled from the United Kingdom for the treatment and it was very easy to get in contact with the clinic through WhatsApp. I chose MosDent as the treatment costs was very reasonable, especially compared to the high prices of private dental treatment in the UK. A huge thank you to my coordinator Özgür - I was in constant contact with him before I travelled to Istanbul, he was happy to answer any queries I had and was very transparent with treatment plans and costs. MosDent was even able to arrange for my hotel accomodation near the clinic for convenience, they also can provide airport transportation if required. When I arrived in Istanbul I met with Özgür who warmly welcomed me and explained the whole process of the treatment to me. He ensured to explain everything to me clearly and was there at every step to make sure everything was good and that I was satisfied. He was also very kind to share with me recommendations for where to visit and eat in Istanbul as I had some spare time to explore the beautiful city. I received treatment from Dr Oksana, who completed my root canals (microscopic) and Dr Zaynep, who completed my crowns. Both doctors were very attentive with the treatment they gave me. Everything went smoothly and the Doctors are experienced and kind. I also want to give a thanks to the other staff I interacted with, the reception staff and dental assistants They are very professional and the customer service is great. I had no issues with interacting with staff in English. Overall, I am really happy with the treatment I received and I am glad that I chose MosDent for my treatment. What really stands out for me is the integrity, transparency and professionalism. These qualities are very important especially when you are travelling from abroad for the treatment.

MosDent Hospital sehr empfehlenswert
Hallo, ich bedanke wirklich von Herzen vom MosDent Hospital. Das Personal, die Zahnärzte waren wirklich sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Der Service mit dem VIP Shuttle hat auch super geklappt. Technologisch sind Sie auch sehr fortgeschritten. Im großen und ganzen empfehle ich das MosDent Hospital sehr.

Na lang onderzoek heb ik ervoor gekozen…
Na lang onderzoek heb ik ervoor gekozen om mijn implantaten en zirkonium kronen bij Mosdent te laten plaatsen. Mijn behandeling is van begin tot eind uitstekend en vrijwel pijnloos verlopen. Het hele team werkt zeer professioneel en zorgvuldig. Mijn speciale dank gaat uit naar mijn adviseur Özgür, de implantoloog Enes, Alaaddin en Bahadır. Dankzij hun deskundigheid, vriendelijkheid en persoonlijke aandacht voelde ik mij gedurende de hele behandeling op mijn gemak. Ook op het gebied van de kosten is Mosdent zeer transparant en betrouwbaar. Alle behandelingen die vooraf waren gepland en geprijsd, maar uiteindelijk niet nodig bleken te zijn, werden volledig aan mij terugbetaald. Dat getuigt van eerlijkheid en betrouwbaarheid. Kortom, ik kan Mosdent van harte aanbevelen. U kunt er met een gerust hart terecht voor een professionele en betrouwbare tandheelkundige behandeling.

Experiencia muy positiva en la clinica Mosdent
La clinica dental Mosdent de Estambul me ha ofrecido un excelente tratamiento, tanto a nivel profesional como en el trato personal, los especialistas son muy buenos, y muy comprensivos, sobre todo que yo soy una persona que tengo un autentico miedo a los dentistas. Realmente en esta clinica por todo el trato que me han ofrecido puedo decir que confio plenamente en todo el personal tanto medico, como enfermeras y de coordinación del servicio. I recently had a gum graft procedure at Mosdent and had an excellent experience. The dentist was highly skilled, my contact person was very helpful and the overall cost was quite reasonable. The entire team was friendly and professional. I definitely recommend Mosdent.
