Was a long term customer and got an email my account was canceled and when reaching out to support they claim it was for a payment issue which should not have been, but even if it had been an issue there was no effort on them to reach out and solve the issue and they just canceled my account and say the subscription I did have is not available anymore and need to buy one that is $400 more...

Suckered us on MO2 & MO3
Suckered us on MO2 & MO3. I bought MO2 a couple months before FCP's update made it unusable. MotionVFX then promised that we would get MO3 at a discount. That was years ago and they just keep giving the same song & dance "We're working on it". Needless to say since Apple bought them, they've turned off commenting on Social Media. I wonder why? How about just giving all MO2 buyers their money back you scammers?

Scamming existing customers
After trialling cine studio just to see whether tracking area was worth it, I was surprised to see my existing mTracker3D paid in full before the subscription was disabled and even after uninstalling it all and putting backup files in my motion templates the plugin is completely disabled, leaving me in a bad position where I need the plugin for my real estate videos vin a daily basis. It’s absolutely disgraceful dealing with such a scam from what people think is a reputable brand.

Excellent aftercare
Jakub was patient and stayed with me to address some issue i found confusing. He explained things carefully and in good detail. I highly recommend MotionVFX both for the plugins, as well as the costomer care. Great stuff .
