My fury is not about their hardware but…
My fury is not about their hardware but their abysmal treatment following their big promotion in November 2025. One part of that was "trade in your old Motorola phone and we'll add GBPs to the offer". I had a M'rola phone in perfect condition so securely mailed it to their nominated company "Recommerce". On receipt of the phone they falsely & dishonestly claimed it was damaged. It was NOT. Their offer was now a derisory GBP 14 and "take it of leave it". I've been exchanging emails with Motorola now for 9+ months with zero satisfaction. The whole experience confirms others' input that their Customer "Service" is just deliberate prevarication. NEVER AGAIN will I have anything to do with Motorola.

LLevo con un Motorola Edge 50 Pro dos años, Android 14 y actualizaciones cero, mis familiares con un Samsung de gama más baja ya tienen Android 16. deje los Nokia por lo mismo, así que cuando se me averie este, pues a por un Samsung, no se si serán mejores, por lo menos los actualizan

I've had it for a full year, almost smashed it with a hammer and have been tempted to snap it in half. It elects to use the dumbest apps to open things by default and without hours on AI I would be completely lost. It's so hard to navigate this stupid thing. Notifications go unnoticed because I don't see themOR hear them and anytime I need toake a change it's buried 15 pages deep in app settings. My calendar doesn't alarm or remind me to do anything so I miss appointments regularly. This phone has actually negatively impacted my life. Wow that's embarrassing. I've wasted days and days trying to figure this phone out, I truly hate it

मेरा नाम पंकज है। मैंने मोटोरोला का Moto G96 खरीदा, लेकिन मथुरा सर्विस सेंटर की सर्विस बेहद निराशाजनक है। फोन में फिंगरप्रिंट न काम करने की समस्या थी, जिसके लिए सर्विस सेंटर ने फोन पूरे 1 महीने तक जमा रखा। इसके बावजूद प्रॉब्लम ठीक नहीं हुई और फोन वैसी ही स्थिति में वापस दे दिया गया। ग्राहकों का समय और पैसा दोनों बर्बाद किया जा रहा है।

Worst Service and Extremely Disappointing Experience Motorola phones may look stylish, but based on my experience, the after-sales service is extremely poor. The authorized service center in the city is also very unprofessional. The staff lacks professionalism, proper communication skills, and a customer-friendly approach. I gave my phone to the service center to solve one particular problem, but instead, I was told about additional problems. This makes it very difficult for a customer to trust the service process, especially when parts are also being replaced. The biggest issue is that there does not seem to be a proper and convenient way to directly contact Motorola's customer support or escalate a complaint to the company. Even the authorized service center numbers are often not answered. In my personal experience, Motorola may be good for its stylish design, but when it comes to long-term reliability and after-sales service, it is extremely disappointing. Honestly, I would not recommend Motorola to anyone who expects good customer support and professional after-sales service. Stylish phone, but absolutely disappointing service.
