Aggressive marketing - zero actual customer support
Given Motor Tablet's aggressive high-discount marketing scheme, I was pretty certain they just sell marked-up, rebranded versions of generic devices and I was correct. I did receive the tablet however I was not happy with the quality and experienced technical issues with the unit which would never stay powered down. Every time I checked, the screen was, draining my battery - no physical power switch, just an icon on the screen which seemingly just temporarily turned off the display. After receiving no response from their "support" email, I just mailed the thing back to their alleged physical address in Wyoming. They sure have no problems sending constant ads and offers to me however I've experienced ZERO actual customer support. I'd recommend avoiding this. Should someone actually reach out and make this right, I'd be happy to revise this review but for now - 1-star is more than generous. Update - the AI generated response is almost insulting. Prove me wrong, Motor Tablet. How about you reach out to ME with a solution. Scammers.

Product not as described, support is poor.
I bought the motor tablet pro Max my BMW F900XR because it says it works with the Wonder Wheel with Apple CarPlay. I can confirm it does not work correctly. It is false advertising on their website. Like others on here, I have been contacting them via email regarding the issue but all I get is AI created responses which just fob you off and don’t actually answer any of your questions. Avoid this company at all costs! I will be looking at section 75 protection through my credit card to try and get a refund on the device. **Update. Motortablet eventually (after a lot of emails) offered me a 15% refund on the device due to the above issues. However, their AI style responses are frustrating and they have provided no guarantee an update will be available to enable the BMW wonder wheel function with Apple CarPlay. **Update 2. CarPlay has stopped working now the cameras are plugged in. Also they sent me a 32GB SD card instead of a 64Gb one I paid for! Very bad!
