Don't buy directly from Mould King
Tried to cancel my order as it would have arrived too late but had no success. Item arrived and I have been trying since June to return it. Zero replies to numerous emails sent. They claim on their website that they aim to respond with 24hrs, what an absolute joke! Do not buy direct with Mould King!!

These guys sell fakes scam 110% for sure
This is without a doubt the worst most incompetent website I have ever encountered sent me the wrong hat with no tags no size on it this bootleg i’m 100% sure I did not buy this bootleg hat they Had the nerve to send me a counterfeit hat if you have the option to buy from another place buy it there 110% do not buy it here you will waste your time they sell fakes and their customer service is a nightmare if I can give them -5 stars I would disaster

Avoid Mould King
On 22 November 2025 I purchased a product from Mould King online. They took my money immediately but never delivered the product and never answer any of my messages. A company of thieves. Shame on them. Avoid Mould King at all cost.

Incorrect Description. No Customer Service. Not a Real Company.
Immediately after hitting the purchase button, I discovered the items description was incorrect. The Monarch 13135 is supposed to be 11,000 pieces not 4000 pieces as described. The items pictures also contradicted the description by showing the box of the item which has a notice declaring it had 11,000 pieces. When I emailed customer support for clarification (as there's no contact number), I never recieved a reply. 5 days and two emails further and I'm still yet to recieve a reply. Cusromer service simply does not exist. Upon investigating, it seems this company isn't even affiliated with Mould King at all. It appears to be a lone wolf who has set up shop and stolen Mould King's name. As there appears to be no way to cancel the order or delete my account on the site, I've had to cancel the transaction through my bank. So now it's another long wait. Please learn from my mistake and do a bit of research before hitting that purchase button, please! It really is not worth the hassle.

Disappointing customer experience
Ordered two items and received email from Mould King to say one was out of stock, so they would refund me. They never did. I received the item that was in stock, and after chasing the refund, they told me it had been issued and to "check my bank account very carefully" but after countless emails and trying to get in touch via their "contact form" on the website, they have never got back to me since. I will be raising a dispute with my bank and hopefully get the money back. Beware of this company - very poor communication and if they are due you a refund, don't hold your breath! Update on 29th May....Mould King have now refunded my account after I advised I would be raising a dispute with my bank. They also emailed me to inform me of this.
