Zusätzliche Gebühren erst beim Bezahlvorgang
Leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der angebotene Preis sah zunächst attraktiv aus. Erst beim Bezahlvorgang wurden plötzlich zusätzliche Gebühren aufgeschlagen, ohne dass für mich klar ersichtlich war, wofür diese Gebühren überhaupt anfallen. Eine transparente Preisgestaltung sieht für mich anders aus. Zusätzliche Kosten sollten bereits beim Angebot bzw. spätestens im Warenkorb eindeutig ausgewiesen und erklärt werden – und nicht erst beim Bezahlen auftauchen. Aus diesem Grund habe ich die Bestellung nicht abgeschlossen. So entsteht bei mir leider kein Vertrauen in den Shop.

Compra ruim, atendimento ruim...... rápido em pegar seu dinheiro, recebi um item de caixa aberta quando escolhi o novo...... 2 mensagens enviadas, nenhuma resposta depois de vários dias..... primeira compra com eles e a última...... evite esta empresa para economizar alguns dólares.

I’m a 12yo who just got 2 years of his life stolen
I’m a 12 year old boy who has worked for the past 1 and a half year to save up for the Nubia Neo 3 gt 5g. My dream phone. When I was about to buy it they raised the price by 70$ I had to work even more after that. A half year later I finally had enough. I placed my order April 12th. It’s currently August 19th 3 months later and it’s still not here. My mom contacted them about a month ago and they said they will return the package and resend the money. Mind you that they said it will arrive April 15th. But back to the resend money thing well after 1 month they haven’t refunded us and they ignore our emails we send them. I also saw a review and when I checked I saw movertix themself have said that they have worked on this company for 22 years. And if that was right then that would means THEY HAVE DONE THIS BULLSHIT FOR 22 YEARS. If you’re looking for a new phone please I recommend you not to buy from this website because it is a total scam. They might seem helpful at first but after your wallet starts crying movertix starts making excuses. Movertix have stolen 2 years off my life and starts making excuses. Also I gotta give credit this company looks legit.
