Stole my money and never shipped product
I placed an order on June 6th. It is now July 17th and it has yet to even ship. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times with no response. I think this company is a scam!! Never order from them!!

It's been 3 and a 1/2 week, and I still haven't received my order. And I am getting no replies to emails.

I should've read the reviews first. Ordered 4 pairs of dive fins, Cart said items would ship next business day. It did not. When it finally shipped, the order status said only 1 pair shipped. I looked at the UPS details and it listed the weight of 5 lbs. That's the weight of 1 pair and the box. I emailed and asked when the others would ship. They responded that my order shipped. I replied and said the UPS details shows only 1 pair shipped. No response. I emailed a few more times and still no response. The box delivered today and guess what? Only 1 pair of fins. On top of that, the fins looked used with fingerprints all over. One of the blades was extremely warped. Stay away from this company. I will be contacting my credit card company to file a dispute.

impossible to contact
I ordered my items on the 4th of June, got my order number and have heard nothing since. I've emailed, tried to phone and put in a contact form on their website all ignored. I go on holiday next week and thought ordering a month in advance would be loads of time. The tracking and website link on the confirmation of order email used to work and now tells me that the website no longer exists. Move Sea if you are reading this please tell me where my order is and what is happening. #UK12241511

Received one item of three from my order, they refused to answer emails or queries via their website, get the feeling I’ve been scammed. They are not worthy of trust. Shouldn’t take a month to sort this out. COM24022144::Update!:: They initiated a refund which then subsequently failed to go through for some reason, when viewed through the PayPal app it says refund canceled. Seems very deliberate.::Update2!:: They said it was a glitch, told me not to worry, but then proceeded to ghost me.
