The worst scam ever happened me like a nightmare.beware they only come to take your money even if ur job is 1hour they will charge you for 2hours .even if you have a guaranteed is useless they don’t come back thank you for the bad job

Charged for "Service Guarantee" on unfulfilled plumbing job; refused refund despite video proof
I have hired a plumber via MrFix for a clogged kitchen drain. The contractor arrived without proper tools and left without unblocking the pipe. The water is still actively overflowing from the air gap funnel. Instead of clearing the clog, the "expert" left to come back with an un-itemized €480 quote for pipe replacement and some parts of Quooker system replacement. Despite paying an extra €9.95 'Service Guarantee Fee' on the invoice, MrFix refused to send a properly equipped tradesperson or honour the warranty, claiming in that 'there is no clog' and arguing customers pay for time, not results, while actively admitting in the chat that unclogging jobs do not fall under the warranty after they have collected my warranty fee. They ghosted me for 2 weeks, and only started to respond in chat (not very actively) after I threatened legal actions. I tried to resolve things amicably by offering MrFix to rectify this situation under the purchased warranty. They have ignored me. Filed a complaint with ACM for unfair commercial practices and the payment processor.

Slechtste service – Geen punctualiteit – Onbeschofte CEO en aannemer
Ik heb Mr.Fix ingeschakeld voor elektriciteitswerkzaamheden. Ze wezen een vakman toe, maar die kwam niet op de afgesproken dag opdagen. In plaats daarvan kwamen ze de volgende dag, en toen heb ik het bezoek geweigerd. Toch brengen ze het volledige bedrag in rekening door een factuur voor het bezoek te sturen. Bovendien gebruiken ze een onbeschofte toon in de WhatsApp-groep die ze hebben aangemaakt. Nu zullen ze wel beweren dat ze mijn verzoek niet in hun systeem kunnen vinden – een standaardreactie. Schakel Mr.Fix nooit in.

Mrfix.nl... sent out a ev home charger mechanic.... the a mechanic did his best to tell me I need to go 3 phase of power.. and asked €1000's... I kicked him out...and got a different company and repair man who did the job with no problem with my 1 plase electric... people out there, DO NOT USE MRFIX.NL.... YOUR BE SO DISAPPOINTED

I would not recommend Mr Fix It
I would not recommend Mr Fix It! I wanted some tile and shower work done so I requested a quote , not the paid house visit option. 2 people came by who were very kind but at the end of the visit I was told that I need to pay for 1 hour work which would be deducted from the final invoice. Again maybe not an issue but instead of sending me a quote,, I was sent the invoice for 1 hour which I did not agree to. Now I am trying to cancel everything so hopefully this will go away. The concept is great of offering the ability to book smaller jobs and in short time frame but there are better companies out there .
